This ended up being the wrong place to wait! The online bus tracker and Google Maps both showed this the Arco parking lot as the stop heading to San Francisco in the afternoon, but the "Find a Bus Stop" part of the website showed the location as the McDonalds about 0.7 miles south. I waited here, but sure enough, the bus passed me by and went down to the McDonalds. It took a 30 minute break there, so I had time to head down, and the bus driver said that the McDonalds is the stop they use in the afternoon and the Arco is the stop they use at night.
I'm a driver for Greyhound, and Yes, the actual stop is at the Arco. McDonald's is the stop for meal breaks, that SOME DRIVERS accommodate the passengers request to stop for meals. Now, when McDonald's is closed, please go to the Arco. Safe Travels!!!
Arco/AmPm is the official stop for Greyhound. McDonalds is an unauthorized stop and the drivers should not be stopping there. They can be reprimanded for doing so. I am a Driver.
Google is now fixed. Correct location: McDonald's 1488 S Main St Willits, CA 95490 Bus is never on time. Can be Early or very late.

No indication that a bus even stops here. Luckily it did stop for me.
