Greyhound Bus Lines

The bus station is closed during most grey hound puck ups. But there's a Casey's gas station across thstve street that's open 24 hours a day. So if caught in rain or snow you can get indoors to stay warm and sip on hot coffee or hot cocoa. Food is served also.

I don't much know how to rate an actual bus station. It's quiet, clean. But I gotta give it 5 stars for the personality of the guard lady who works 1st shift there. I knew she was very intelligent when I saw her eyes, then had to find out. I was right. Wonderful conversationalist too. it's me, the SVT.

They need a bigger sign . I have had a hundred people ask if that was the grayhound bus stop. It's a bus terminal where hundreds of buses from several different bus companies go. Greyhound should get a bigger sign and add schedules and advertise. I don't know who is running the company these days but it's been ten years since I have seen a greyhound or Amtrak commercial or advertising.

The bus never showed up to pick up my friend and only gave her 10 dollars back, and left her waiting in a bad part of town. Terrible service would not recommend for anyone. Used to be a reputable company but not anymore, buses are filthy bathrooms stink the bus up and drivers are not trustworthy.

Nice environment with security to wait for bus. Vending for soda and snacks. Public restrooms

very nice. just needs 24hr indoor seating. atleast while there is expected departures coming !

This bustop in Marion Illinois was very bad people who run the place very disrespectful a total ass to me and my son if you can avoid it do so . Greyhound is great but that picup sucks.

I felt safe. There is a designated smoking area. Food area not open late or early.

Very late in this trip I’m about 8 hours late... driver was very rude and racist she aloud a black person off the bus to smoke and when I followed refused to let me off to smoke and threaten to have me arrested.... myself and othe riders think she’s intoxicated on something... just terrible service
