The city bus terminal and Greyhound but terminal. It's new, clean and there are operators behind a window should you have questions. Nice clean bathroom, cold drinking fountains and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. At this time the city busses operate at no cost to the customer.
Yesterday my Uncle's bought a ticket to Utah from Las Cruces at 10:45am and they were waiting; an hour passed by and still nothing. No one told them anything we had to call and find out the bus was running late and wouldn't arrive till 12:18! They finally boarded and went to next stop in El Paso and the next bus had already left!! Leaving them stranded and a few more people as well! So ridiculous! Do the buses not communicate when the bus before is going to be late! No sorry from the person we talked with just to go speak with the manager in EP. Wow so unprofessional! Imagine if we didn't live in Cruces and couldn't drive to go pick them up probably like those other people that they left too. They just said the next bus to Utah was not till Tuesday. If a bus is running late there needs to be communication to the next buses to wait for them that need to board to get to their destination. Not the passenger's fault for the greyhound running late! Again, very unprofessional and sad for the people because now they have to waste more time and money to wait wherever they are stranded for the next bus!
Quick pull up & enjoyed the quick service. The driver wasn't friendly. Very rude I say.
Very dangerous place to wait for a bus. Do not recommend dropping anyone off alone to wait. Homeless problem. Lack of security. As an uber driver, I have clients wait in my car until the bus arrives. Sadly, I keep people away from the clients waiting for Greyhound to arrive in the am. Really scary.
Nice station except for the nasty bathroom. Smelly!!
The covered area and seating is gone. Chuckys was closed when I arrived. Bus check in is inside. I arrived at 3am for a 4:10am departure. No signs explaining the change. I had to wait in the dark, cold parking lot an hour and a half before bus showed up. Glad it wasn't raining or snowing. And that the bus did show up.
This stop is not in Las Cruces, better to do El Paso and commute... No service... It's dirt
Hey i have an idea!! Inform ur passengers of your new address when they purchase tickets!! My son and two other wouldhave been passengers were left waiting in the nonwell lit parking lot of Chuckies at 4am
If I could put Zero stars, I would. DON’T GO GREYHOUND. Bus was canceled, no notification. Two elderly ladies waiting and nobody to help them. You’d be better off hitchhiking.
It's a store and you set outside. When we were there ,there was a crazy guy there he began talking to my husband and I and next thing you know he pulls out a gun and points it at my husband and pulls the trigger I was scared I lost my husband but thank God it was a toy. I almost beat this guy up when I realized he was mentally challenged and was not to much of a threat.
