If you look at the pictures, 2 of them are from the Greyhound office that used to be in Banning, CA. According to one of the police officer I spoke to, the office closed way before Covid. The bus stop with the cover head IS the ACTUAL GREYHOUND STOP for pick up. The Donut shop used the sto. I asked to the Donut shop lady, to double check and sure I got the correct bus pick up. I always like to double check things like this. She said that the Bus Stop used to be on her side of the street but is not anymore according to some new regulations. So the Bus stop with the coverage is the Greyhound bus stop for pickup. Note that this is how I got pick up on my way to Los Angeles. I am not sure if this is the same Bus Stop for Greyhound to go to other destinations.
It is just a bus stop. No station. The only stations they have now are at major transfer places. You gotta know that the routes are so confusing now and circuitous that I'm convinced they were made by a drunkard. To go from YUMA to San Diego I had to go to Sam Bernardino wait for 2 hours and catch another bus to San Diego. And the same in reverse. Weird.
Very easy to find everything I needed. Helpful and fast service...my first driver drove me like 6 out of 8 of the hours I traveled was so amazing ...Bill ty soooo much
I've got attached to the easy-to-use Google maps app but it would be great if the location beacon is just a little bit more accurate. The only thing that it was doing was redirecting.
I just don't feel that I was treated and compensated for A totally Horrific trip from start on my trip there to Hemmet California. Andy daughter Shiquita business card was debited several times which made her incur extra charges to her Bank account and delayed her from being able pay her regular monthly bills. I know that do that being Greyhound Bus Station liability on these transactions that my daughter and I should receive a full refund along with a Fully Paid Round Trip Voucher.
Bad attitude from Colorado to Los Vegas no ac and dirty bathrooms. In Vegas security guard m.davis threatened customers while local thugs were stealing bags lazy people working for greyhound I rather walk home than ride greyhound
This place might as well be hidden from site. It looks and is a city bus stop. Keep an eye out for it...and the questionable people lurking around it! Be careful.
I'm happy I made it home safe by Greyhound with my 3 kids from Washington to Yuma Arizona
