The Bus stop is a vacant parking lot with no shelter for the passengers. It wasn't plowed. About 7 inches or so of snowfall. With more falling. The bus driver was the best part. He was kind and curious. Uncle was helped with his bags . So be prepared if you are catching the greyhound out of Bangor. At least the concord bus has a very nice terminal.
It's got a vending machine with drinks. Generally clean. Staff were helpful when we had questions.
The pick-up area is just a parking lot. No restroom, no place to sit, no food to get
Worst experience experience ever on the 1pm bus traveling from Boston South station to Hartford CT, driver was very rude super racist condesending, and aggressive towards me, reported incident to agent at the Hartford station who gave me a customer service number to call only to be met with another rude person who hang up on me.
Aurora's Greyhound from the number here's and the drivers are nice the people are pleasant
Don’t trust there website very glitchy
Perfect place for your traveling needs. Well at least by bus. They always have reasonable ticket prices and great service. They are very accommodating. This means a lot coming from me as I have high functioning autism and travel with a service dog or 2!!!
It is very important that you pay attention to the signs or you can get lost. It is an empty lot / park and ride.
Just a park and ride area, but the employees were really nice and on time.
I've used this location several times. The employees have no contact or involvement in greyhound, so you'll need to get all of your information online. Also, this location is no longer active. Greyhound is currently summer and fall of 2020 trying to find a new bus stop location in Bangor.
