Worst experience I've ever had dealing with this travel industry. On top of having us waiting at the border for 3 hours for the bus driver to pull offpicked up no one, this man right here was VERY DISRESPECTFUL and he kicked us off the bus for no reason. His lack of time management and not following proper procedures to inform the passengers unfortunately lead to our demise. His behavior was the ugliest and most unprofessional thing I've ever seen. Not only did this man made an unauthorized stop at a random gas station and let the bus sitting there for 20mins. When we arrived at San Antonio he snapped out of no where. Snatched our tickets then he started cursing and screamed at us. Then kicked us off the bus.No one deserve to be treated the way this man treated us.This man doesn't deserve this job. This was a trip from HELL!
Everyday, all day, they close their restrooms. Even though they KNOW they're the only public restroom for miles. Especially during the Carona shutdown. It's pretty clean. Has vending machines, microwave, atm, and charging stations. Awfully assinine workers. Cheap bus fares. Crowded buses. Not uncommon for them to ship your luggage to another state.
I love the prices and the service! If you are going from Laredo, TX to Monterrey, MX, at 6:45 on a Friday, the trip is normally delayed for hours. Other times leave right on time!
This place kicks you out cause they close the station. Almost froze to death cause of that. What a horrible service for what they charge. 320 more than a plane ticket
The workers are very friendly, and easy to talk to. But they close, leaving waiting traveler's waiting outside in a dangerous area. They have the quality employees, they just need about 3 times as many to operate within reasonable standards.
The place is very clean and very organized. The elderly man with the green/blue eyes was very helpful and knew what he was doing. I have traveled many times using this Greyhound service to travel into Mexico. A+ all around. It is not very modern but it is good.
Horrible !!!! Horrible service , workers have attitude and no communication with passengers. We waited for more than an hour for the bus to arrive from the time that we were supposed to take off !!
A bit dirty bus station, and busses wifi didn't work, my seat didn't have a plug to charge phones
Greyhound should pay their employees more. Now they ask for tips every time you cross the border. Seems they're in the scam business with the Mexican border officers.
The restrooms are horrible and I tried to look for a person to help me with a question about my trip but there was no one in the front desk.
