The postal workers were very nice and helpful. They explained everything thoroughly about the service I needed to mail a package.
Worst experience I have ever been through. I had a package placed in my mailbox that was empty and opened. I went to the post office to speak to the supervisor by the name of Michael White. This guy was so condescending, and I definitely felt like he was mocking me. So unprofessional. I explained to him that my package was supposed to weigh 2 pounds and the courier never saw a problem with it. He then proceeded to give me a random item that weighs 2 pounds. And told me does this feel like 2 pounds to you. I told him it’s not my job to know what ways what I think it’s common sense that when someone is delivering a package, they read the package and feel that it is not weigh 2 pounds and initially see that it’s a problem. several things that he said was extremely offensive. He said it’s your word against hers meaning the courier. please get this man a customer service training. My next step is corporate. I felt extremely disrespected.
ARRIVED DURING THEIR “LUNCH HOUR”. SO I LEFT AND CAME BACK AT 5:45 15 MINUTES BEFORE IT SAYS THEY CLOSE ONLY FOR THE DOORS TO BE LOCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't rely on them to redeliver, they are unreliable. I asked for redilvery and SHOCKER they never rang my bell, knocked on my door OR rang the buzzer to come into the building. I had to go on foot take the bus and walk to this post office. Why offer redilvery if you're not going to actually deliver a simple letter or package. Of course the nice and kind rep that was there told me they attempted but what attempt was that exactly, driving by and hand writing that you came, that is not a proper delivery service.
This is the worst post office I've ever been to. For the past 13 years that I've dealt with them, their customer service has been horrible. They never pick up the phone & always have issues receiving packages. I have made so many complaints about missing & packages delivered to the wrong address. When I finally get to speak with someone, they act as if it's not a priority to resolve the problem. I am so fed up with this place, its ridiculous. Something has to change, I really feel like taking legal action.
The cashiers receiving the packages are very sweet, curtious and helpful. The wait time was short even though there were a lot of people online. The cashiers did their job quickly. This postal office is the best!!!
Worst post office I have ever been to Understaffed SLOW Not knowledgeable 2 Examples I had a LIVE animal shipped to me, due to the nature of the package, the Postmaster called me directly to let me know it arrived. When I went to this pathetic post office, I waited in line....saw a window rep...told him I received a call regarding a shipment. His response was, "are you sure... I don't believe you the postmaster doesn't call anyone"... I said, go ask her then...it took a few minutes and he said...wow that's new to me... Today, I went to this post office because an Amazon order that was due to arrive Sunday was "UNDELIVERABLE" due to my address...despite the fact I have things shipped from Amazon all the time! I went, waited in line... I explained the situation when I arrived at the window... they said - we don't deliver Sunday USPS has been delivering for Amazon on Sundays for about a year now I believe I didn't have my ID on me so he wouldn't even look to see if it was there...he told me I should come back at 11 AM because it probably was not there I got my ID, went to another person...and WOW I GOT MY PACKAGE... MY ADDRESS was 100% correct - yet the driver flagged it as UNDELIVERABLE... P.O.S post office Worst BY FAR
When I go there I arrive with a smile, I'm polite, I'm friendly. Why is that I'm always greeted by the same robotic, nasty, lazy, miserable Postal Clerk who seems so bothered to do her job?!?! If you have questions she rolls her eyes at you or if you make a packaging mistake she huffs/puffs and becomes condescending, The times that I've been there it's not crowded, so it's no the she has a lot of work at the moment!! Oh, but one time she was on her personal call via her bluetooth talking so maybe that day I interrupted her personal phone call while she's on job time!!! What about the other days, what was the reason? Shame on her for making herself have bad day everyday!
I came in this morning expecting it to be crowded but it wasn’t. Staff here now super friendly and one of them was going around disinfecting the surfaces which I think it’s very good. It was fast and a good experience with all that’s happening in the world. Keep up the good work. Stay safe everyone.
I have been using this post office for years. They're like family. Not a single negative experience in all of this time. People have different personalities. some people are always smiling others are all business. This is true everywhere.
