Griffing Ward G DDS

I've been to a few dentists in my life, but Dr. Griffing was by far the worst. When he filled a cavity for me in the morning, he numbed me so much that I couldn't even taste dinner 8 or 9 hours later, then it ended up getting infected and I had to get a root canal. He didn't even take his time and was busy talking about football the whole time instead of paying attention to my teeth. Plus, I listed my allergies on the form, and he wasn't competent enough to know that I was allergic to ones he gave me, which could have killed me! Never going back.

Fastest tooth extraction I’ve had. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Large windows in the operating rooms. Cheap prescriptions on site. Got a rush appointment same day with no fuss. Ebert and Roper two thumbs up.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I moved to picayune and went to this office. It’s been 2 1/2 years since ward put porcelain veneers in my mouth promising that I would not have issues. Well after many many trips and him having to keep fixing his mistakes over and over again. This is the second time he put a new top on and rite after it started falling out. He stated that it was a nightmare and that I just need to find a different dentist closer to where I live now because I moved. He wouldn’t even make me a new retainer. Ive had two infections Bc of my mouth and as of today my face is so swollen and the infection is so bad I’m being told that this dentist did a number on my mouth and Bc of my dental work that is why I am having issues. I spent well over 12,000$ to give me a beautiful smile and I have to have the top redone all over again. So please use caution when using this dental office. He is the most unprofessional man I’ve ever met and to not fix what he done is just showing what kind of person he is. And among other things I just won’t say it here. It has been a complete nightmare with this office and the dentist. Please use caution when looking for a dentist. This place is not it.

Absolutely ridiculous, the man left a crown in my mouth with metal showing. Then proceeded to tell me it was normal. I have more problems now than when I first met him. Then he gives me a referral to another dentist, because he doesn't know what he is doing. He takes no insurance except one, and takes no responsibility for his inadequate dentistry.

Dr. Griffing is the best, and his staff is always so friendly and helpful. My husband and I have been going there for many years, and they treat us like family. They always seem so happy to see us, and it actually makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. We are so thankful for Dr. Griffing and his team.

Definitely the best dentist in town! Staff was very kind and professional and Dr. Griffing himself is awesome! Had a wisdom tooth taken out and the whole experience made me feel silly for how worried I was going in. Super fast and friendly! A+++

While the back office staff and Dr. Griffing did a good job and accommodated me by coming in on a day off, the front office made the whole experience terrible. When presented with my insurance and asked if in network I was flat out lied to and told they were. After the fact I was billed an additional $400 and told "you signed the papers you owe us", and "it's not our policy to tell you whether or not your in network." Save yourself some money and go somewhere honest.

Dr. Griffin has a terrific staff and he’s terrific to but the dentures that I paid for I don’t think it was worth it I have been going back to him every since they were in my mouth now they started to fall off the plate which is not a good thing and I know it’s not his fault it have to be wherever he’s getting my dentures from but when I’m in his office I am very comfortable he is very patient with me and I don’t feel any pain thank God for that God bless you all
