I give a five-star review to Griffin's furniture outlet.. Just recently moved to the area and purchased all new furniture for our home. It was nice to see that a company still had integrity and great follow through with what they say they're going to do. Pricing very reasonable and good quality for furniture thank you Griffins from the Roberts family

We went in to Griffin’s today to check on getting some new chairs.We found some we liked and they were a great price, We got them and I am sitting in one now at my home. What great service and its local. I say you should go in and check them out , you will be glad you did . Thanks Griffin for a great day.

Was in need of furniture so we stopped by to brows. We ended up buying a couch and a bed frame in less than a half hour. Had great customer service and also had a great selection. I’m surprised my wife didn’t find this place sooner. We have had a vacation home for 20 plus years. Goodbye internet shopping

I walked in knowing I needed o furnish a whole house, but not knowing that this store has amazing prices. I walked in and got to look around before asking if I needed help. I appreciate that because after looking around a store for a min we tend to have questions, not when you first step into a establishment.... Anyway hands down Lynn was the absolute best worker there. It was past closing time because I lost track of time and Lynn didn't even say anything. She let me continue to figure out what was and what wasn't in my budget. Lynn needs a management position, alot of people can learn a lot from her. Thank you Griffin's furniture outlet.. I'll be back soon.

It had a decent selection. I wasn't too happy when the sales lady who was helping me allowed another customer to pull her away and not return. I haven't returned.

Great little local store with friendly customer service. We thought going to a populated city was smart to purchase a couch, but saved $500 going to Griffins, buying the same couch that was in the big city.

Hands down, the BEST PLACE IN LAKE COUNTY to buy your furniture. The staff is AWESOME. The selection can't be beat. The prices are extremely reasonable... and they deliver... with a smile! Wow! We went to Griffin’s this morning to check out mattresses and boy were we surprised! We really wanted to keep our money and local and we’re so glad our son recommended them! We found what we wanted within 5 minutes and they had it in stock! Come to find out, we were there on the day they deliver, free, to our end of the lake! The delivery guys were amazing! Kind, professional, and quick! We will definitely be back for our future purchases! Thank you!

Great products at a competitive price. Customer service was good, although my request for a bed frame was inadvertently not listed on the delivery sheet. The delivery service was fantastic. Both gentlemen were extremely polite and professional and ver easy to work with. Great Job guys! Bought the bed for my new Apartment here... They are within walking distance from me. Awesome price on the frame/headboard/foundation/mattress, took the time to help me pick out the right mattress, delivered and set up the whole thing in a matter of minutes ! Owner is a stand-up guy... Still luvin' the bed - great sleep !!!
