What a cute industrial place. Had an amazing wine tasting here complete with a rose and chocolates. Everything was paired magnificently and I was thoroughly impressed! Highly recommend for an intimate date night or even friend bonding experience. Also the wines were so affordable. Parking wasn’t a hassle and the location is near but not in the middle of the loud mess that is downtown. Definitely have to try this place!
Came for a private wine tasting for a bachelorette weekend and this was the perfect start to our trip! Everyone was very friendly and the service was exceptional. I'm forgetting his name now but the employee pictured was so down to earth; even when one of the girls in our group had to go back to the airbnb to get her ID they will absolutely not serve you if you don't have an actual physical ID - rightfully so, just fyi he made the 15 minutes she was able to partake of what was left of the hour tasting well worth it! Because he was so gracious to us we went over our time just a little bit to make up for the ID mishap which in turn made him have to rush for the next group, but we so appreciated it. The wine was so good that we purchased 3 different bottles from the wine we had tasted. The whole experience, amount of wine served during the tasting, food pairing, and slushy wine drink included after the tasting was such a VALUE for what we paid per person.
I had such an amazing experience! Did a sweet wine tasting with the -sweetest- green-haired woman that made sure I felt at home in her presence. She was extremely knowledgeable about the wines and cheeses she paired for us and was so refreshing to be around. The gift shop was adorable and my group went home with quite a few fair priced and well marked gifts! We wanted it all! Went home with a blondy wine that the experienced and kind woman recommended to us and told us about all the ways we could keep in touch with the company after we left, including the wine club. Such a fun stop in Nashville and I cannot wait to go back!
First time wine tasting and I had a great time doing it! They paired the wine well with each item!
On Sunday, August 1st, our bookclub was there to celebrate the wedding engagement of one of the members. Grinder's Switch was recommended and we were thrilled with the experience. Brandon Tharp was magnificent. He's extremely knowledgeable about the wines and the area. He made our time there so enjoyable... we didn't want to leave. We'll definitely come back if we're ever in Nashville. Can't wait to pop open the wine we purchased. By the way, we love the prices too.
First experience: Had gift certificate tried to reserve online but had to pay to book. Went to just walk-in they said they needed 48hours notice and to call in to override the site. Would've love to have known any of this information. No information on the certificate and none online about this. Also not their fault but used paid lot across the street to park and wasted 15$ bucks for us to walk in and just walk out...
After some terrible service at Tennessee Legends. We strolled into Grinders winery taste room. What a delight these two are!! Brandon And Caitlyn are a huge asset to this wonderful tasting room and we went home with a few cases on their hospitality alone. Thanks And we are lifetime customers!
Loved our experience here...they just opened after the covid closure and still loved our experience. No food or chairs but we were able to stand by the bar! Had 2 different tastings and a slushy, which were so yummy! A little disappointed they weren't serving food but the wine was excellent! Thanjs!
Took my parents here while they were visiting and they loved it. The lady who helped us was so genuine and fun to talk to, forgot her name, but she is definitely what made the experience 5 stars. Their wine slushies are delicious and everything is well priced.
I loved the private tasteing room with stools. If you live raspberry and or BlackBerry try the wines. Awesome little tasetin g room.
