Grinton I. Will library

I went to this library so often that I started volunteering here. I get along well with all the employees. They are very nice people. The library has a welcoming atmosphere. I have been going here for decades. It also has a large parking lot and is near a main boulevard with access to buses.

I visited this library to study for a state exam while I had to wait in the area for half the day. I'm very glad I did. There is more than sufficient parking in their lot and structurally, the building and grounds were welcoming. Security guards greet you as you walk in and inside, the huge loft-like study spaces had plenty of tables and areas to choose from. Even when every table was occupied, there was plenty of space between you and the next person. Other patrons were respectful of each other that it made it really easy for study time to fly by. I even saw they have an outdoor reading area so I look forward to coming back when it's warmer. The staff was friendly and the restroom was kept clean. Highly recommend this library.

Lots of parking, ample room to study. Tables with laptop outlets and good wifi! Beautiful open space with lots of light.

They moved the book donation outside and were very friendly in telling me I had to pack up my books and take them to a new location . Limit 25 books!

Not the place to do work. Always loud and the workers are always talking super loudly.

This library opens way too late. A library should be open by 8 am. The staff aren't very friendly either - at least in the adult section. It gets 4 stars bc it's beautiful and convenient.

Great location with good parking. The Librarians at the reference desk can get loud though. Librarians please find a way of maintaining some quiet. It will make this Library fantastic

Huge book sale, easy parking, courteous librarians and modern facilities.

We grow up using libraries and find them to be very useful. The Will library has changed over the years only because of the demographics and the aging building. The children's library here is beautiful and I highly encourage parents to take their kids here and learn about the Dewey Decimal System. There are many programs at this library and they even have an auditorium downstairs. For the most part, it's a quiet library. Only on certain occasions will you find an extraordinary situation happening. The resources and computer systems at the library are excellent. The hours are good. The parking is free.There are a vast number of programs and education classes held here. This library caters to the needs of everyone and the services they provide for all populations is recognized and valued. If you're in the need of a library, give it a try. Great place to learn, study and possibly meet studious people. Go read!

Took a Jewelry and paint class at this library. Clean class area and bathrooms. Distancing rules observed. Both teachers were creative, knowledgeable and inspiring. Thank you Yonkers Library system for all your classes in person and online
