When we made the decision to care for my wife at home rather than a nursing home, I sought out the best Home Care company and Griswold was recommended. Care Givers Sonia, Tiffany, Lu, and Marie were what I called our 'A' Team and provided outstanding care 24/7 for a year for. When I would tell my wife who was coming on next shift a big smile would come on her face. There were times when these ladies put our needs above their own and their famlies. They became honorary members of our family. My wife passed away last week, but I will forever be grateful for the wonderful care she received from the ladies at Griswold.
Needing to have home health care can be emotionally and physically draining. The kind caretakers at Griswold's have greatly lifted some of this burden. I am super happy with the care givers we have used- they have all been warm and accommodating to my family. Anabel and Amelia have gone the extra mile for us. The office staff is very easy to communicate with and always promptly responsive. I highly recommend Griswold's home care.
We have been with Griswold for about a year and it has been a tremendous assistance for my Dad. All staff has been compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. Caregivers Maria and Hope have been helping with the overwhelming caring of my Dad. Their assistance and compassionate care have been a huge relief to us. The attentive level of communication via text with Griswold and Case Manager Tori have been exceptional. We are very glad and thankful we found a company such as Griswold to assist us during the multiple challenges of taking care of a parent.
Griswold is very conscientious about getting the right caregiver with your loved one. We are super happy and thankful to have care from Merissa, Cindy and Stephanie. They are very caring and take care of mom just like she was their own grandmother. Priscilla is very responsive and understanding when we need to make changes and is very easy to interact with. Thank you!
My dad has had round the clock care for 2 years. We are very pleased with the care he has received, especially from Kathleen, Barbara, and Mary. We know that Dad is safe and in very capable hands. These ladies are also very kind and compassionate, and go the extra mile. I would also add that Tori is always responsive when I call to make a request.
We are so grateful for Griswold! They were able to find us a caregiver Mom loves! Our situation is different than most and our caregiver is so adaptable and caring and so eager to please. It is such a relief to have someone reliable, trustworthy and personable. It's so cute - she and Mom tell each other they love each other! Intake, scheduling and billing are all a breeze - again we are so grateful! I know Griswold can make a positive impact for your family too!
I would like to Shout out Stacie Holcomb. She is such a Dedicated Worker. All of The Residents in Memorycare Love her. She Shows Great Compassion in her Work Ethics. She does it with such ease. I have been very pleased with Griswold who has been providing a wonderful caregiver, Ros, for about 4 months. The staff is very helpful and concerned with your satisfaction. Ros is very flexible, sharp and my husband is very fond of her. She has great ideas to keep him engaged.
I have been involved with the Griswold for about 2 1/2 years out of that time I have had many caregivers. Sometimes I waited too long to tell that I was disappointed in them. I have I’ve had that and one or two that I couldn’t help me. They could come that one day to, but they couldn’t help me with the things because they had too many other clients to work with the three that I remember very well were Helen and then amanda I also had had Eva and those were excellent ones somehow they were different reasons why they left, but it was not because I was dissatisfied with them, my current care giver Crystal is wonderful and attentive! Griswold service was excellent. Priscilla helped us find caregivers on short notice after our father needed time to recover from an illness. All of the staff was professional, courteous and caring. They spent time keeping my father company and tending to his needs while he was in recovery. Thank you to Ms. Q, Maribelia, Nora, Amanda and Tori clients services. They all were a great team!
