Wendy went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my new policy and even double checked for any existing discounts that could be applied to my account. Even with multiple calls, Wendy was incredibly on top of the ball and was able to get me insured in just a few hours. I cannot rate this firm highly enough!

Best experience I have had with any auto insurance. Wendy was able to get me a quick quote on how much I would be paying saving with my auto policy and even getting more coverage on my homeowner insurance. So there was no question that I should’ve switched a long time ago. The switchover was seamlessly and easy and Wendy handled everything!! 10/10 would recommend.

I have been a customer of Mr. Gromko’s State Farm for a few years now.  His office staff are world-class when it comes to customer support and satisfaction. I called last week to add a newly purchased car to my auto policy.  Dianne took my call and amazingly had a new insurance card in my email box before we were off the phone. My family was looking for a new insurance policy and Wendy was there to help. Not only did she explain the different policies but gave her recommendations based on what I needed. She answered all my questions and by doing so earned our trust.  She cared and that made it easy to pick our new policy with State Farm. I went online to look for Ins. and got my , note first call , from Diane . I told her who I was and what I wanted , and wanted someone to match or beat what I had. I told her I needed Apt. Ins. and she asked how much but then I said maybe Auto to and Apt was gone . She is Smart Going for the Money first she gets my # and asks me Questions. Calls me back and lures me in . I bite and buy Both . She's an Excellent  Salesperson, I worked for Myself for Over 25 years selling things. She's a Keeper .
