Went in for a haircut and got butchered. If you can't do a certain cut just say it. Don't screw up someone's hair to protect your ego.

Today was great, I was able to call this morning around 11am and get an Appointment for 3pm. The stylist Kelsey was fantastic! She gave me the trim and layers that I asked for perfectly which is no easy task with a head of thick hair like mine. I will definitely be going back to her for my next hair cut! Update: Went in to get highlights today by Kelsey and they turned out great! She really listened to my fears of having too yellow of a blonde.

For anyone who lives in Livingston County and is looking to get a haircut After a long wait, a much needed haircut was in order. My regular place was closed as was most of the shops near where I live. I stumbled upon Grondins Hair Center in Genoa Township next to Dunham Sports. I met the only person on staff today, Ernestine. Ernestine has been with the company for a remarkable 32 years and, trust me, earned every bit of her seniority at this company. I've never had someone walk me through every step of my haircut and so precisely, yet so instinctively cut my hair exactly how I wanted it with very little if any questions. All I said if what I wanted and from there it was perfect. We had fantastic conversation and it was very personal. With a much lighter head and off to a now better evening, I go home and enjoy my night. The best part, I didn't even get any hair down my shirt or anything. I don't even know how you do that!

My family has been going here for a very long time. Most of my family members go here for one Barber. Great with services and wait times.

Sandra is the best. She has a great bubbly personality. She knows how to cut hair. She has been cutting mine and my husband's hair for several years. I strongly recommend her. You won't be disappointed.
