Anthony Grostyan in my eyes is a outstanding defense attorney. I was facing some serious charges that could have put me behind bars for quite awhile. I found him online and decided to give him a call. We talked for about 35 minutes on the phone and scheduled to meet the next afternoon. He had a full page of notes that he had written down from are conversation on the phone. He did not sugarcoat anything and gave me his actual opinion on the matter I was facing. I hired him on the spot. My case lasted about 7 months from the time I was charged. Through about 6 appearances in court Mr Grostyan handled himself in a professional manner. Always on time and with a plan to get the best possible outcome for me. He is no pushover and definitely has some fight in him. But he never once acted in a manner that would make the prosecution or judge angry with us. He brought key facts to the prosecutor and judge. We were offered a plea deal but couldn’t afford to take it. Mr Grostyan was fully ready to take the case to a jury trial if need be. 3 months later we were offered another plea deal and we took it.
