I had to share how impressive Grove Hill is... my daddy passed and today was his service. 1st the place is BEAUTIFUL. 2nd the STAFF is phenomenal. They were so caring and helpful. They really went out of thier way to make sure everything was special. I highly recommend.. I will never forget how awesome they were.
We had an unexpected passing occur and Rosie, Jackie and D were all able to assist. They were all very understanding and accommodated every thing on our list. Rosie was very helpful throughout the process and knowledgeable! The faclity was beautiful. Staff was attentive. They really surpassed out expectations from the services to the burial and the burial Plot! I highly recommend them!
I have an extended experience with Grove Hill dating all the way back to the 1992 I have a lot of love ones payed to rest at this location very professional during the loss of my brother This year was one of the hardest time I had to go through but this one particular person who goes by Victoria help me along the process she is very professional, very caring and I truly feel there should be more people like her working in the funeral home service she meet all my standard. I am very glad that she was the one to help me through the process for my brother to be laid to rest Thank you so much Victoria you’re very much appreciated with much love. Jennifer Escamilla
I'd never thought to be in a situation to burry my brother at such a young age but he guided us to this funeral home and brought Ms Rosie into our life's! She helped us so much in such a difficult time, I will always recommend this place to everyone! Ms Rosie made us feel like family and I will always be thankful for her! I know my brother is in a better place and I feel comfortable knowing he's also being taken care of by the staff at Grove hill!
This place is awesome and the staff is amazing The Family Service counselor Victoria Alvarado has been tremendous help with my parents. She truly is and has been amazing going above and beyond to help my parents. Thank you so much for the good job you do.
I cannot express fully enough how wonderful Rosie was to work with at one of the saddest moments in our lives — the death of our beautiful, strong, amazing mama. She is one of the most caring, compassionate people I have ever met. The entire team — Rosie B, Jody, Tiffany, Val J — were amazing throughout the entire process, helping us and warmly walking us step by step at a time we could barely think. Grove Hill also worked with us when our daddy passed in 2018; always considerate, professional, respectful, and so empathetic. You will be in amazing hands with this group.
Each time my family has needed their services, we’ve been met with sympathy and compassion. Our last burial was transacted conveniently by phone and email. We consider Grove Hill our family’s resting place and recommend the beautiful setting.
Joseph and Joshua were a great help to my family during this difficult time. Not only were they very caring and respectful, they helped me finalize everything over the phone/email because I live so far away from the cemetery. I have many generations of family buried here and the grounds are always well kept.
My experiences with Rosie and Britney could not have been more professional. These ladies were compassionate, very knowledgeable in their services to meet my family's needs, and quick to respond. My overall experience with Grove Hill was excellent through every step of the process.
Rene, Jody and Brittany are such a blessing to our family and to Grove Hill Funeral Home! They walked side by side, arm in arm with us during the entire funeral process. Even in the bitter cold they never left our side. We will forever be grateful for their kindness and devotion to our family and to our community!
