Grove Park

Had a great time here with my 2.5 year old son this morning! We played for about 15 mins together and a sweet neighborhood cat even came to visit us lol Small with 3 parking spots, playground equipment recommended for K-6th graders ages 5-12 but my toddler enjoyed it too. The central piece of equipment is a Pirate Ship theme with a captain’s wheel and 2 tall open slides. There are 4 swings, two for older kids and 2 for littles. The whole area is covered and there are lots of trees around too. The area is quiet, in a small neighborhood with houses all around. My son especially loved pointing out the trash can and recycling bin within our sight lol! The ground covering is all turf green near the swings and blue under the playground and the grassy area was well maintained and clean. There are 2 benches to sit on. There is 1 handicapped parking space, as well as 3 regular spaces. No restrooms but McDonald’s is right around the corner on Garden Ridge and Main if you need one quickly or a snack!
