Highly recommend! They went above and beyond about my very specific and unusual funeral flowers order, thank you so much again!

We live out of town and wanted to send flowers to my husband's mom as a birthday surprise. We ordered online with Grower Direct and we're very glad we did! The arrangement they prepared was beautiful. Unfortunately some substitutions needed to be made. They called us to discuss the issue and asked for permission to substitute. We are pleased with their choices and the results. The arrangement did not look as pictured online, but it was fresh, designed well, and was delivered with care. Really excellent service and lovely arrangement.

This review is mostly for the growers direct customer service. I ordered flowers to be delivered in BC. There was a glitch in the online ordering and the address was correct but not the city. I immediately called growers and they were able to cancel the order and redirect it to the proper location. To my surprise the flowers were delivered to my home the next day after the driver called and couldn't find the address! I called growers again and  they said the flowers were still being delivered to my mother in BC that day. Apparently the local florist still proceeded with the order even though they acknowledged the cancellation and growers said, "keep them and have a Merry Christmas!" My mother called later and thanked us for the beautiful flowers. Melissa at Growers took care of the situation for us and then some. Be careful when you're ordering on line and double check all information when you receive your confirmation. Great customer service! A lot like the "old" days which are getting harder and harder to find.

Don’t use them for your anniversary they will call the recipient and ruin the surprise. I didn’t even get a curtesy call to update me that my delivery was being changed.

I showed Phyllis pictures from Pinterest of what I wanted the bouquets to look like and she did such a good job!! They were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted! I called from the Toronto area to order an arrangement of white flowers for my sister's B-Day who lives in TBay. She sent me a photo..they were absolutely beautiful! Well priced great service ...will be my go to florist from now on!

I use this service frequently.   They know who I am when I walk in.  They are always  pleasant, personable and accommodating.   They care about the person I'm buying flowers for and ask how he is doing.   I feel good about my experience every time I use this service.

Best flowers I ever got in Thunder Bay. Very happy. Lasted 4 weeks. Crazy fresh.
