The entire staff at Growing Smiles is absolutely amazing. They are always friendly and professional. My daughter recently had her first experience with a cavity and getting it fixed. The staff did an amazing job of relaxing her and making the experience not only painless but fast and easy. Definitely building confidence in my daughter that visiting the dentist is fun. I drive nearly an hour to see them but they make it worth the trip. Thank you to the entire staff for caring for my daughter.
I have been going to Growing Smile for the past three years. My experiences have been nothing short of amazing. Today I took my children for their regular dental check-up/cleaning, all that good stuff. We saw Dr. Carroll, which my Children have been seeing since we started going there. Once again, her service was outstanding. Friendly, caring, and excellent professional. Thanks to all the staff for taking great care of my children/family's dental needs.
I took four of my kids here all in the morning. Arrived a little after 9am and was done and out of there before 10. Fastest dentist I've ever taken my kids to. They were great with my kids. They are encouraging and positive and talk to the kids on a level that I as a parent was happy to see and get to encounter. Best dentist experience ever. God bless them.
I Took my two year old daughter here for her first dental appointment. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience from beginning to end! The dentist answered all of of questions, and she was fast and comforting. My daughter didn’t shed a tear and was nothing but smiles leaving the office. I highly recommend Growing Smiles!!
Very professional. My son had an emergency appointment and they took care of it the same day. Some other dentists offices were telling me they would not work on him the same day it would only be seen and they schedule if work was needed. Even though I said it could not wait because my son was in pain. I recommend this place. Hands down!
My son and I had the best experience today. He needed a tooth extraction and they were the only dentist that could get us in within a week! I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience, from the super fast check-in, hardly any wait time, and how well they cared for my son during his procedure. Highly recommend!
Our girls are quite young and they loved it here. For their first visit ever it was actually fun for them, not scary like I was prepared for it to be. Reception was great. Filing out the forms online was easy and straight forward. All around this place is great.
It was my daughter first time/experience and everyone was so sweet and it was very quick. I did hear a complaint that someone was waiting 30 minutes before going in the back but we had an appointment made and was in and out. My daughter loved all of the decor and especially since they had paw patrol in the room we were in.
We had such a positive experience at Growing Smiles. So glad we switched to this pediatric dentistry. My daughter gets extremely anxious at the dentist and had a horrible experience else where. Growing Smiles staff were all so kind and very informative in what we needed to do next. Thank you for the time and care you spend with each child.
Customer service was excellent! From the front desk to the MA to the Dentist herself, everyone was so nice and welcoming. My daughter is already asking to come back! I’ve always had horrible experiences at other dentist establishments but Growing Smiles is amazing! I highly recommend! I drive a hour to go there and it’s worth the drive.
