Haven’t been able to get a person on the phone in over three years. It’s just been a never ending loop of unanswered voicemails and emails. I honestly wonder what these people do all day.
I’ve been trying to get a hold of my caseworker and she have not called me back yet been waiting for 30 days
Ms Hooper is awesome and very professional. However there is a employee there that has a relative that works for the city of Hagerstown code enforcement and they will share personal information about your case etc without your consent.
If I could give minus 1billion stars I would. The corruption from your worker Rhonda Will is disgusting. To have a man arrested for recording your tyrancy is perfectly legal. Can't handle your corruption being brought into line light stop abusing your power! Also why wasn't this imbreed arrested, Rhonda Hagg or sorry Will recorded also. Shouldnt she be arrested for wiretaping? I sure hope this man's cleans house with lawsuits against you, the police station, and the Washington County. In addition you took away his right to communicate through a phone. Disgusting little beings you are. At least YouTube shows the world your tyrant ways.
Horrible they are rude and could care less about anyone as long as the money keeps flowing in and they can keep taking advantage of people. Do yourself a favor and look into better living away from slumlords like them.
Rude and discourteous receptionist. They kept saying they would transfer to one person and then the voicemail of another would answer. Mistreated my boyfriend and the Executive Director Sean Griffith publicly defamed my boyfriend with false video editing claims.
I am so thankful for all of their help ! They helped me become independent and completely changed my life for the better. I feel so blessed to have received their assistance. I will never be able to thank them enough. All of the people at HHA that continue to help me are so warm and friendly and they genuinely care about your wellbeing. I would recommend contacting the HHA to anyone in need.
So disrespectful during phone conversation, I am taking over my mother's finance just wanted to know if she had a bill cause she never received her security deposit back crooks. Run far from this establishment.
