Great experience working with GSA. I made the drive up to look at a zero turn, test drove it around the parking lot and we worked out a couple details. Delivery was set up for a week later and they delivered on time, a bit early actually. I've got about 10 cuts in now, personal use, and the machine is running perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them based on my experience and will look to them first for any future needs.
EDIT: This company is great when they want your money. Once you have an issue you would like corrected even if your willing to pay for the additional services they ignore you. My “nicely used zero turn” ended up leaking transmission oil, jet black engine oil which I requested be changed and was charged for, I also have two leaking tires which I have to fill before every time I take it out, not to mention multiple missing parts all of which I would have been more than willing to pay to have replaced. I asked to have the mower serviced to make it as good as it could be and I spent $8,000+ on a mower that has now stained my brand new garage floor with transition fluid and question whether it will run when I need it. I’m having it worked on by someone else to correct the issues. This is awful customer service and I’m very disappointed in this behavior. I’m leaving my original review as follows for transparency purposes. Also I always give the benefit of the doubt so check our my other reviews. I’m not just a general complainer. Here’s my original review: I Great staff, very friendly on the phone! We received a very nice used Kubota diesel zero turn. They performed some maintenance at a great price and delivered it quickly with a very polite and accommodating delivery driver. Thank you! We will recommend you to our family and friends. PS I in no way blame the delivery driver he was great!
Very helpful staff, prices were good, will definitely go back and do business with them! Drove an hour and a half to buy a new mower because the prices were quite a bit lower than our way!
Very shady place lot of their equipment is junk they just patch together and try to sell at high price. Do not go here. Owner is rude to customers.
Bought a used mower from them that I was assured was a great mower. There has not been a single time I've used it that it has not broke in some way or manner I had Bought it so early in the spring that the 30 day warranty they offer was useless. Upon looking at how they had fixed what was a broken mower before they resold it the repairs look sub par at best and fell apart. Not to mention when dealing with the staff they had a I dont care attitude towards anyone when buying a mower. Steer clear of GSA equipment
Very happy with GSA equipment. They had the Wright I needed in stock, which as unbelievable. I dealt with Jim and did the finance and purchase over the phone. Couldn’t have been any easier. Wrights usually come with a oil drain hose, this time it didn’t. I called and spoke to Rachel and she’s having on sent to me. Very pleased and will go back when I need my next mower. They are over 2 hrs away, and I’d go back in a heartbeat!
I believe in supporting small businesses but I will NEVER spend a dime in this establishment solely based on the way I was treated. Customer service is NOT their forte. The manager was very rude and down right disrespectful because I was asking basic questions about a used mower. He didn’t want to work and had an attitude from the moment I walked in the door. I asked if there was an hour counter, how old the unit was, and what lever was in a hole that was covered by a piece of black duct tape. He was hung up on the fact that I asked about the hour counter and didn’t care to answer any questions. He began to speak over me and when I told him I wanted to deal with another salesman he told me no and that he wouldn’t sell me a mower. He shut the door on my face when I asked for the owners information.
I can say my overall experience was not bad because they had the equipment I was looking for and I was able to pick it up in a timely manner . The staff was friendly and helpful as far as explaining the equipment. There was one huge problem though the sales rep quoted me a price $600 less than what I had to pay and when I asked why the price changed he said he could not offer up that price he gave me because it was yesterday's price and I would not be able to find what I wanted elsewhere. This was in less than 12 hours so I would personally call this price gouging. I wish i could say I would go back there again but I think it would only be out of desperation.
Great place--EXTREMELY easy to deal with. I wanted a particular high-end Ferris zero turn with the super Kawasaki engine. Not only did they have it in stock but they delivered it to me 2 hours after I made the deal. I talked to Jim Reeves on the phone and the price he quoted was the dynamite Internet price--at least $1,000 less than what one would expect. No games, no upgrades, no delivery charge---just the great price and sales tax. I had called other places the same morning--one place did not have the advertised unit "we sold it a week ago" and tried to sell me a unit with a lower quality engine from another engine manufacturer. When I refused that one they suggested a unit with another, not Kawasaki, engine and for about $2,000 more than I paid GSA. They then wanted to sell me a less expensive model which I also refused. Although the unit I bought to replace another commercial unit will be used only for my own large acreage, I knew that a lesser unit would not be satisfactory. I'm a former rental store owner and know a thing or three about engine quality, equipment quality and sales & service quality. Don't waste your time checking other dealers; call GSA first, get the machine you need, get an outstanding price up front and enjoy your sales and delivery experience.
I had contacted them about a few mowers over a few weeks- they got me the infos and photos I requested. I drove 7 hours each way to pick up a mower and then it was very clean, it was a smooth and simple purchase process and they helped me load it on the trailer as it was too wide to simply drive on.
