I have purchased several guns from GT Distributors in Jacksonville, FL and each and every experience has been outstanding. This is a very well stocked facility with courteous, knowledgeable staff who know the business. I also give the highest marks to Assistant Manager Ray Lozoya whose personal knowledge, assistance and advice was extremely helpful with my most recent purchase. Well I had ordered a wallet badge holder it turns out it was the wrong cut out. Well the staff went above and beyond to help order the correct one. I never had a bad experience here the staff is so friendly and helpful. The manager Ray is so helpful and always goes out of his way to make sure all his customers are satisfied. Thank you GT Distributors for always going above when I need something. Come check them out and see what I am talking about.
GT Distributors have always taken care of me. I just purchased the Springfield Armory's Echelon, and my buying experience was wonderful. The staff were helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Great Store for Firearms, Clothing and Equipment. The store was clean and well staffed by friendly employees who answered any and all questions. The prices were fair and they had a nice inventory of items.
I had a great buying experience with Tina as my sales rep. She did not try to rush me or hurry up the sale she took her time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Although I do not think my wife is going to be happy with Tina much when she finds out I bought two guns lol.
Mike was Awesome service very good sales man very knowledgeable and helpful will definitely be coming back with out a doubt
Great experience and great staff. I made it close to closing time hurrying there after working day shift. They were still very tentative and helpful even though they were about to go home, which can be rare these days! I did also learn they do blue line pricing so I'll definitely be returning here for my off duty weapon! Overall a great experience, and they have every thing you can think of and things you don't even know you need.
