It feels like they keep this building at 90°. It’s unbearable and they keep it this hot EVERY TIME I come here. You get taken advantage of here because it’s the only bowling alley in a 90 miles radius. If someone else opened even a mediocre bowling alley near here, this place would go out of business fast.
This place is trash never been unhappy in life. Will not go back. Got the tickets and they told me no.
Very disappointed with a birthday party that I attended. No decorations put up, cake was brought to the table and left. If you look at the website don't expect to get what you see.
Seven of us went bowling here for a birthday. The staff was friendly and it was clean. The bounce house was reserved for a private party but the kids got to go in as soon as it was over. It was family friendly and a great place for fun and good brother sister competition. I lost every game bad
We loved this place for a birthday party! The venue and staff were both great and we cannot wait to go again!
No bumper cars, laser tag was broken, vr was broken, a girl working there was eating nachos when we finished jumping on the trampoline and as my husband walked up to ask for nachos the big girl said I’m not making no f* food so when he asked for nachos she said we are out, most of the arcade games didn’t work. I think lazy employees and lazy managers have let the place get so run don it’s not even worth going back to.
Went for a kid's birthday party and found mold on the bottom of the pizzas and a roach in the inflatables. Staff was not very accommodating or empathetic.
Took my kid here for our girls night out. It was very fun and lively.
Multiple problems with the lane. The balls kept getting stuck and the pins wouldn't reset a couple of times. After we requested help the first time, the giant wrench kept floating across the screen for the rest of the game. I thought it the equipment should have worked a little better for what we paid to bowl.
We never got to finish one game. The system kept malfunctioning and we lost time and never got it back. The system went down on us 8 times and they never gave us our timecback we lost do to technical error. When u pay for service u should receive good service. We did not get that here. We lost time and money because of faulty equipment. I do not recommend this place AT ALL. SERVICE IS REALLY BAD. TOO MUCH SALT ON FRIES. They need better management. WE WILL NOT BE BACK AND NEITHER ARE THE PEOPLE WE CAME WITH. Being new in town, this is a bad experience.
