We were here last year and it was good. Not very clean, but no problems. Now for today. Went to noon matinee to see “Oppenheimer”. We arrived at 11:45 to get settled in. At 12:10 no previews or anything. 12:15 I went to front desk to see if there was a problem. Girl said it was going to start now. 12:20 still nothing. Went back to front and a young man said previews should have started, but would get the manager to fix problem. 12:30 nothing. There was 5 other people in theater, but no one else spoke out. So we decided to leave and get our money back. Young man told us they would start move at another theater with no previews if we would stay. So we tried that and movie started right away. But 5 minutes into movie the ceiling lights were still on. We back up front informed them and they turned lights off. We were there around 4 hours because movie is 3 hours long. They need to get their jobs in order! And the place is still dirty and in need of new carpeting at least. Only good news is movie was Great.
The staff are unprofessional when you ask questions they get a attitude with you and the person who waited on me tried to keep my change I gave him $40 and he didn’t give me any change I had to say the movie is only $24 then I buy popcorn in which they were cold and hard nobody got on hairnets nor gloves no body is washing their hands the bathroom are dirty and smelly popcorn in the floor everywhere my phone rings when I first walk in a white female jumped in my face and says get off the phone and then goes get nick who supposed to be the boss and he comes in the movie and says turn your phone off didn’t asked no questions. I said I will not can you just give me a refund he didn’t want too but I got it people have a right to their privacy asked questions before you bother people learn to mind your own business the movie needs people who respect the rights of other people the staff that is working now is only there for a check all of them needs to be fired if they worked for me they would have respect for the customers because the customers are the reason they have a job
Always a good time here! Matinee prices are reasonable. Group of three was about $50 including tickets, drinks & large popcorn. Clean theaters & friendly staff!

i got a tic sitting in auditorium one for not even thirty minutes. it was a lone star too, the ones that transmit lyme the most. the auditoriums are always either freezing or hot, seats are uncomfortable, food is overpriced, hide your kids hide your wives this place ain't safe
The theater is not clean and an unpleasant environment. Unless changes go into effect, Moultrie will be our theater of choice. Please address this issue.

The movie was good but the place could use some upkeep and don’t go before 8:30p teens are allowed in unsupervised and we had 2 girls sit behind us and laugh an play kept walking back and forth and on the phone it was annoying and there were no ushers to stop them they were just rude

Overall a great place, I only be here twice but here’s my review post-covid Everything so expensive and with these gas prices, a movie trip might cost my a whole paycheck. Had to watch that Batman tho. Go broke or die trying Popcorn takes like food dyed cardboard but it’s that nostalgic feeling from ordering at the stand, walking down the walkway and sitting to watch a movie that makes it worth it The employees are the best part regardless, they have great smiles, wonderful attitudes and give you too much butter every time. But they bring out the best in the theater Yk. There used to be a lot of black workers but they changed their tune I guess. I don’t mind. I think it’s great the staff is always changing with the time. In addition, the kids made such a disturbance. They run around and say mean things. I wish they could do more about it but I don’t even see security. How can I watch “spirit untamed ” in peace. Overall, Would come again, the drama makes it worthwhile.. and the movies ofc !
