This is one of the best movie theaters I have been to in a long time. I like the lighting on the floors and the reclining chairs in the theater. The best time to see a movie is the early afternoon. You have your pick of seats and the best prices to see the move you want.
Pleasant experience, using a kiosk to get tickets was a little tricky for my first time
We love that all of the seats recline and that you can pick your seats when purchasing tickets! The staff is super courteous. We also appreciate the cleanliness of the theater and bathrooms. My only suggestion would be to make sure the popcorn is freshly popped. It tastes good but definitely not hot or fresh.
It has been a while since I have been here but my daughter and I went the other day and I was impressed. The seats were amazing and my 3 year old actually sat in her seat during the whole movie, 1st time Will most definitely be going back here.
Enjoyed Transformers movie and was treated so well by the staff. I made the mistake of booking my tickets at another cinema and the staff and manager expedited the situation professionally and courtesy. I didn't miss a moment of the show. The seats are so comfortable, I almost took a nap, but I was watching the movie. Again thank you so much, The Queen is pleased
Valdosta Cinemas is a fine place, love the ease of the kiosk but The people who go need to learn to be quiet Have some respect at the movies! If you haven't come to watch, stay at home. What's the point?
Popcorn they pop so much at a time ours tasted stale. But service line was long when we came but it moved pretty swiftly. Seats hands down hard not to take a nap lol. So comfortable
Only giving a 1 star rating because the theatre itself has gotten nicer over the years, prices are outrageous, and no one over the phone seems to know what they’re doing that’s why they get a 1 star rating. I’m literally making my calls as easy as I possibly can and they act like they don’t understand. I literally ordered seats but there was a glitch in the system so it charged my card but reimbursed but still showed the seats were occupied I called in and told them those seats were not actually occupied and told them to just give me those seats and I’d repay but didn’t happen so I have had to go through a process with them still to not get the seats I needed due to my dad being in a wheel chair and they are literally not any help over the phone. It’s not that hard to fix these things and I made my calls as simple as they could be just sad honestly.
It's an interesting experience. I've never been in a theater where you are assigned seats. We went last week to see Super Mario Bros. The theater had maybe 5% occupancy. We did not sit in our assigned seats. 20 minutes into the movie, a couple walked into the theater, and we were apparently in their seats. We moved without hesitation to the very side of the room towards the screen. 15 minutes later into the movie another couple came in late and said we were in their seats. We moved again without hesitation and ended up sitting adjacent to our assigned seats. We had gone a few weeks prior to see Scream 6, we didn't sit in our assigned seats, the theater was quite filles, yet we weren't bothered at all for sitting where we were sitting. We went to the theater last night and sat in our assigned seats. 30 minutes into that movie, I had to get up from my seat and tell the lady in front of me that her cellphone usage was really distracting. And it's not like there isn't plenty of time to know beforehand that you don't use your phone during the movies. Maybe it was karma, but doubtful. Interesting experiences.
Love the Tuesday special price. I am absolutely SHOCKED at how nasty some people leave their area. Yes...employees are paid to clean up.... BUT THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CLEAN THE NASTY MESS SOME PEOPLE LEAVE!!
