Not only does this restaurant serve house chips and salsa, but they also bring out a bowl of house bean dip to start your meal off with! We split an entree that had shrimp, scallops, chicken, mushrooms, peppers, and onions mixed in a chipotle cream sauce served with a side of rice, beans, and a lettuce bed with guacamole on top. The entree was extremely large and incredibly tasty! The sauce was seasoned perfectly. If we lived closer to this spot, we would visit all the time. Add this spot to your Colorado Springs bucket list!

We went on a very busy Friday night...packed parking lot. Seated immediately! Delicious food! That salsa was ! We both ordered the Macho Burrito, one beef and one chicken. Delicious and huge! We took the equivalent of a whole burrito home for brunch the next day. Our server, Victoria, was wonderful! She was very engaging and clearly loves people. Great atmosphere! We'll be back!

Best Mexican food ever!! This seems to be the only place so far we have gone to that raised there prices, but the dishes remained the same size... or even got bigger. I always get either the mexican trio or shredded chicken tacos which are the best. The value is amazing, food is great, atmosphere is nice and staff is friendly. It's out in Falcon and so worth the drive.

Guadalajara Family Mexican Restaurant is an excellent establishment that serves authentic Mexican food with quick, friendly service amidst a South of the Border atmosphere. We arrived at approximately 6 p.m. to a restaurant that was a bit more than moderately filled. We were greeted near the entrance and were seated immediately. The generous portion of a shredded beef enchilada was delicious, covered in a red sauce and topped with melted cheese. It was packed with meat and so filling that I almost regretted getting the chimichanga as well... almost. The chimichanga was also well prepared, with a flour tortilla, rolled and stuffed with ground beef, fried and topped with lettuce, tomato, guacamole which I declined, and sour cream. The meat was perfectly seasoned and delightfully tasty. The cheese quesadilla with spinach dish was also superb, with rice, sour cream, guacamole, pico de Gallo, and beans. Guadalajara Family Mexican Restaurant is a local favorite, and understandably so. One will certainly get their money's worth and most likely become a regular patron.

I've eaten food from Guadalaraja's a couple of times, now, and have been happy with the food. Neither time has been amazing, which is why I have it a 4-star instead of 5, but the portions have been very large with chips and salsa included, staff nice, and the orders correct and quick. I can't comment about the restaurant dining experience because, both times, I've gotten the good to go. In any case, I will definitely be back for more and to try more of their options!

I love Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant in Falcon! They have NO humor... or humility whatsoever. I leave thoughtful critical reviews that disappear soon after becoming live. I have a bet that this wonderful review will soon disappear also; like before June 1, 2023. Keep up the good work!!!! You are seriously the best Mexican food in Falcon and a 10 mile radius. Maybe even 15 miles. We still eat at this restaurant about once a month, and have a great experience 75% of the time I guess. The other 25% is mainly due to somebody not staffing properly. Quantity, quality staffing is always important, especially in a retail business that works directly with the public expecting good service and product in the next hour.

Mexican pizza was really good. Step above Taco Bell. Lol. Guac on it had good flavor. I got it with ground beef as my meat choice. Lots of cheese on it. I was a happy camper. It's on the appetizer list but I got it as my entree. It was huge, at least double to food in TB's version. Queso was good, not spicy. The 3 enchilada divorciadas plate with 3 differet sauces was OK. He got it and I tasted it. I wouldn't get it personally. Wasn't impressed with the sauces. Not bad, but underwhelming.
