We are a Family Medicine group located in Seguin, Texas.
Guadalupe Family Health, PA is the legal incorporated name for the integrated Family Medicine practices of Dr. Arlynn Hartfiel, MD, Dr. David Rider, MD, and Dr. James Rider, DO.
Dr. David Rider founded the practice in 2009 when he took over Dr. Jim Lee’s thriving practice of over 30 years at Dr. Lee’s retirement. Dr. David Rider welcomed his younger brother Dr. James Rider into the practice in 2012 when Dr. James completed his residency. Dr. Hartfiel (who has been serving his patients as a solo doctor for over 25 year in Seguin) joined the Drs. Rider when we moved into our new office in June 2014.
For obvious reasons, staff and patients refer to “Dr. David” and “Dr. James” when we refer to one of the Dr. Rider brothers.
Our clinical support staff include Linda Leibovitz, LVN, Carolyn Whitener, LVN, Lyta Theiss, LVN, Amanda Urquiza LVN, and Samantha Talamantez, MA. Our in house phlebotomist is Marisa Gutierrez. Our administrative support team includes Julie Lind, Emily Holz, and Jamie Rowe. Our practice administrator is Lisa Schulze.
