This is the best furniture store I have ever been in. The selection is amazing and the products are all high end and very good quality. Prices are competitive for furniture of this quality and delivery is flawless. Tony is an amazing person to deal with and will always consider an offer if you are interested in multiple items. I cannot say enough good things about this place, it truly is one of the best stores I've ever shopped in. Felt like I was dealing with family, highly recommend.
Do Not Shop Here! They will not stand by their product, honour any warranty or provide service of any type if you have a problem with the quality of the product. I bought a couch and chair. The couch was fine but the chair was not sewn properly. I even had an upholsterer check the chair to confirm. I was asked to send in pictures in an email which I did. Tony was horrible to deal with and despite multiple visits to the store he refused to help or find a resolution.
We shopped there recently and Robin and Tony were wonderful. Robin was very knowledgeable about their products and both Tony and Robin were willing to work with us. What an awesome experience. Thank you~Deb C
"Guaranteed a fine humiliation" - if your budget is any less than posh and you are in the mood for a rude lesson in reality checks, then this the place to be! Even before we could check-out their ultra-luxurious bedroom sets made from wood chopped in heaven, we were enlightened by the 'fine' salesman, a gentleman who goes by 'Danny' and a frontrunner for the salesman of the year Razzie, who told us that we were lost & probably at the wrong place. Maybe not coz maybe we needed this lesson!
This post has been a long time coming. If I had the patience you'd be reading for an hour but I've lost too much energy fighting with these crooksesp Tony over a couch that came in defective and took only a year to fix. I'm not a complainer but when I order a $7,000 couch I expect it to be pristine. First of all I had to pressure them for the date they promisedto have by christmas-only reason they got my business and when it came some of the legs were the wrong color, the bolts were coming lose and the stuffing for the back cushions already looked tired & wornstill to this day. This was not my primary complaint and I didn't even care too much about these little thingsbut for that much money I did. When the deliver men took the plastic off they sliced an area in the bottom corner. I wasn't home at delivery, my husband was and didn't notice it until that night. Well it was Dec 23rd so obviously I was out of luck talking to anyone until holidays were over. Long story short I e-mailed and called with photos before the new year and they said they'd take a look at it. Over the course of the next 11 months i would have to deal with the biggest misogynist Tony I've ever met in my life! It was the delivery drivers fault but i was made out to be a liar because apparently I should've seen it happen and since I did not they would not take the blame. Anyone who saw it can tell it was from a boxcutter. Anyways the one brother Danny finally came out and looked at itmuch better with people-he should be taking care of customer service but had told me that basically it will take longer for them to fix it so I should just lie and call the warranty company to put a false claim inI couldn't say the delivery men did it. For a month or so I debated this because i am not a liar and it was wrong to do this but I could tell they were not fixing it. If it were up to me I would've dropped it right back to the store, called the news and picketed their storefront but my husband begged me not to and we were going through a family tragedy I didn't have the time or heart to so I lied. Well lucky for me the owner of the store is also responsible for ordering the parts from the manufacturer to be fixed and he's the one who goes through the warranty company. I had to call multiple times because the order was NEVER put through by this idiot. Finally after calling the warranty company and them harassing him he ordered it and it took over 6 months for a small piece of fabric that could've been expedited. If you have any more question please feel free to message. I was planning on posting photos but they're on my other phone and I'm typing on my desktop. Point of the story.....DO NOT shop here! If you've got a lot of money to burnand spend more then $7,000-apparently that wasn't enough to be taken seriously and are a man then possibly you might have better treatment. Women, steer clear! Worst and most stressful experience of my life....over a bloody couch! After all of that I NEVER even received 1 apology!
Went shopping there with mother picked furniture that was in the store, the next day she tried to cancel one couch and they would not refund her. Gave her a store credit and she had to pick things that were not of importance. Than they said pillows were $69 when she went home they charged her 89. Bad service I will never recommend this place!!! If my mother ordered the couch I could understand store credit but the furniture was there in there showroom. Grrr
We furnished our home with great quality furniture from Guaranteed A Fine Furniture. The prices were better than the competition and the selection was over the top. As we add new pieces to our home, we now only shop at this store. Thanks to Richard and his staff for such a wonderful experience.
I'm sure the quality will be fine, just disappointed on the way my elderly mom who already purchased a very expensive piece was treated, hopefully the furniture will be worth it
If you're looking for a professional furniture location with extremely knowledgeable staff huge selection great prices as well as personalized individual service this is the place to go. Looking for something unique look no further great family run business
Friendly staff when you are looking but once they have your money they could care less. They are of no assistance once the item is purchased and you need information on repairs. I will not be buying or recommending anyone to this store again.
