Blanca Alvarado was a great help with a issue I had with my credit card from BBVA she took extra time out of her day to call me and keep me updated until my situation was resolved after I left the branch. The teller was very kind and helpful as well ... However the call center for credit card issue is obviously in another country!! So difficult to understand the person on the phone . I was on the phone with them for about 45 minutes and I had to talk to two people the first one says he can't cancel my card so I demanded to speak to his supervisor to get my lost or stolen card cancelled! I still had to go to the branch to get help from Blanca to complete the process and get a replacement card..
I was a caregiver that took my client to this Bank I had brought my friend into see if an insurance claim had come through, 15 grand from her home previously being burglarized. They told her that she only had $6 left in her account. This made me think that the other caregiver that handled the finances must have been misappropriating funds.which in turn made them put a freeze on her account. When confronted the other caregiver insisted on going to another branch and finding out what happened to the money for the files she had claimed. That Branch told her she had the $ 15,000 but could not access it. I had to support her with my own funds for a total of three to four months.they agreed to start paying at least bills with cashier's checks if we brought them for them to see. My friend was understandably fed up with this bank keeping her money and ask that a cashier's check be made out for the total amount. The day that she was going to get another Bank, adult protective services abducted her and she is not seen any of her friends or her home for one year now. Had this bank not lied about her funds in the begining, none of this would have happened. My friend, my home, and my work They truly are only interested in your money. And if in Riverside county California, it seems the whole system is corrupt. I would avoid this bank like covid-19 if I were you.
They treat people horrible. My 73 year old mother can't leave the house so she does online banking. After 3 hours of constant hang ups and no help I am closing her account. They consistently can't help or want to help but can't. Each person you talk to gives a different answer.
Friendly & personal staff. This Branch inparticular, the Manager actually comes out of office to greet and help the customers. I have accts elsewhere also and usually the Manager at other bank is standing aroundlike a useless mall directorywhile one teller has a line of people;I appreciate all the banking services by BBVA but also the personal, professional staff helping.
Horrible. When it comes to loans they are clueless. Confusion misinformation completely unprofessional. Made demands of my wife and I that legally they were not supposed to do. My wife worked for three days on something they asked for and then they just blew us off like we were nobody. Cold impersonal and uncaring. Stay away from this bank!
I needed the drive thru today, not Monday at 9am. What kind of bank closes their drive thru on weekends, and off hours. It's ridiculous. I am withdrawing our family's money and closing my account; for real. They have nothing I need.
WORST BANK EVER. What kind of a bank refuses to make change. I walked in with $100 in $20 bills all I wanted was two $50’s and they refused. no wonder nobody goes here.
Keeps locking out from signing on to managing my account and transferring funds
This is one of the best bank. even when it comes in service when it comes to overdraft protection all that stuff they are there to help and guide you a hundred percent all the way through
Maria Estrada is very unprofessional and very rude to customers if you're doing working with the customer at the drive-thru window you should finish with that customer and their money transaction first before you ask someone in line is there something I can help you with what do you need I'm sure that is not in her guidelines how she supposed to do business so I will be contacting corporate to let them know the experience we had with this Bank the other reviews are spot-on very rude and unprofessional I will never set foot in this business again
