Would not recommend. Calling to get info and pricing, male representative was very rude and often cut me off while trying to ask a question. This person had a passive aggressive attitude towards its prospective customers.

Never will I send a floral arrangement to a loved one on this funeral homes website. It was never put out during the service and I'd I had not gone in person 2 days later and made Mrs Fuentes look for them with her "I don't know where they are " non caring unprofessional self. She checked on book and said well it was delivered , maybe it went with the previous funeral???? Seriously it has the name on the card!!! She finally asked a worker who denys taking any white Rose's and she walks into a room and low and behold they are in there on a table not refrigerated ty burning brown on the edges. I was livid. Didn't get an apology a partial reimbursement NOT EVEN a call back from the funeral director Mark Fuentes Sr who I had been in communication with about the situation. They are heartless people just flat out don't care . I usually support my Raza but not them so hell naw I'd never recommend Guardian they are not professional at all.
