I have know Graham at Guardian Lending for over 10 years. He has helped us in so many ways! He was able to help us with a construction loan, which can be a long process. We are excited to be moving into our house in less than 3 months. Lending takes a lot of knowledge in finding the right product for the client and relationships with the lenders is very important. Both George, the founder, and Graham has help us with many questions about lending. We probably talk to them every 4-6 months about the market and other opportunities we are researching. They also have an ability to help you in multiple states if you are looking to move or a second home. We will continue to use Guardian Lending for many more projects in the future.
