There has been a ton of amazing deals every time that I have been here! I do agree with a lot of the previous comments that the staff could be more welcoming but I'm sure they probably have to deal with many people stopping by just to do window shopping....

It was a nice.Gucci employees made me feel welcome but they need to clean up the trash on the floor and Gucci need to serve their guess with a glass of wine or a bottle of water like the stores in NYC.

The staff is helpful but you may have to visit several times before you find an item you like for a discounted price.

Sometimes they can be a little slow on helping you but when they do they general nice and helpful. The selection is limited here you gotta get lucky and get there at the right time.

It was my first time visiting this store & as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles by the friendly staff. Ismael in particular, was so nice & patient with me as I was debating on which merchandise I wanted to buy. The prices were reasonable and they had a decent selection of everything. In the end, I walked out with a gorgeous handbag & sunglasses. I will return in the near future to purchase from them again.

Well kept, nice stock, good display. Very friendly helpful staff - helped me choose a great leather backpack at a nice discount. Surprised by how good the stock was - and was no trouble to check for other sizes. Would def. visit again. One star off for not having much stock in fat boy sizes!!

Outstanding customer service. Pleaassee ask for Erica she is the best. She makes you feel at home and really hold great conversations while shopping. She educates you regarding the products and tells you which one to go for according to your taste/ style/ occasion. I had such a lovely time at this location, from the security guard at the door to Erica, everyone was friendly and nice to me and I got amazing deals!!!! I will definitely be back . Thanks a lot Erica, You rock!!!

I've visited this location several times. I purchased a very nice bag. The staff have been nice and I have also encountered rudeness. I have made it a practice to leave my pocketbook in my car when I go to this outlet because they treat you as if you come there to steal. My last visit instead of a salesperson assisting me, I received the "courtesy" of the security guard following me around.

First of all, you should know before you go that this is an outlet so they don’t have all of the items you will find elsewhere and they are not this seasons. As long as you understand that, this place is definitely worth the trip! My saleswoman Erica was the sweetest, most helpful saleswoman I have ever met! I read a few reviews about salespeople who made people feel uncomfortable but I didn’t see anything like that going on! Everyone seemed friendly. Heidi the manager was also very nice! I look forward to returning there with my daughter and I look forward to seeing Erica again!
