Guiding Light Islamic Center is a mosque in the Klondike neighborhood. We enjoy the most diverse Muslim congregation in Louisville, ranging from West Africa to the Indonesian Archipelago. We work towards the well-rounded security of our community.

You can attend your daily prayers here. Parking is good. Easy to locate on map and also visible from street. Maintenance is good.
Very clean and well maintained place of worship for Muslims. Non-Muslims are always welcome to observe and get information on Islam. The volunteers do an excellent job.
Wonderful place to worship but they should get a full time security guard in case some body try to use violent.
Huge mosque with a lot of activity going on. Jummah prayer was packed. Has school and free? health clinic. Women with children should pray upstairs while women with no children aka adults only can pray downstairs. Bathroom did not have paper towel and people were confused as to whether to walk on the carpet with the slippers or without the slippers. Ample parking space. Basketball and soccer field for children right outside the mosque. Has a great school too.
Very Beautiful Masjid. Subhan Allah. Very helpful for University Students to come and pray Salah on time. Barak Allah feekum.
As a practicing Muslim all I can say is Al humduallah! It is so nice to see a masjid so open to the idea that the western world is misinformed of our beliefs, and so willing to welcome and educate any who wish to learn. The Imma congregation is a good mix across the board. Leadership is as informed as they are sensitive. And the sense of warmth and humor very refreshing. Visit!!
Amazing place always busy and full the imams voice is beautiful. I love this place
I am a non-Muslim and attended a service there for a school project. The people were extremely polite while maintaining an atmosphere of relaxation. It was a really great experience and I learned a lot from it.
Had a Friday Prayer. Good sermon May Allah accept Bro Amin lunch box was yummy
Great spiritual experience , wonderful friendly environment for spiritual healing. Diversity is the key they welcome and love everyone regardless of nationality or race.everyine is welcomed.
