Although he did not fix my vehicle, he made it clear from the start what he would and would not work on, with the valid reasoning that it was just him. My breaks were shot and he didn't waste my time, told me to come get it and go elsewhere. I appreciate his honesty and his ability to say no to projects that are too daunting for a single busy mechanic and for even taking a thorough look before deciding.

Went there to get a second opinion about a muffler. The proprietor told me he could do a $2000 muffler replacement same deal the last place wanted to sell me, or he could do a $50 repair that would only last a year or two. He thought that I could get away with the $50 repair 4 or 5 times before there wouldn't be enough muffler left to work with, but that was a heck of a lot better plan for a 10 year old car with 150k miles on it. I bring all of my cars there now, even the ones that are still under warranty.

I get any repairs that are needed, done here. The work is always done well and completed on time. They are not the cheapest but the quality of the repairs is exceptional. It is a rare day that I don't take my cars to the Mechanics at GCAS. I have seen the owner working until into the night to finish a job for customer pickup the following day. One has to remember that this is a small shop and your emergency usually has to wait until someone else's emergency is finished and a stall is open.

My family and I have gone to Bruce for years for all of our auto repairs. He’s doesn’t price gouge, very reasonable and does quality work. I highly recommend.
