Moved in here back in end of July and it has been amazing here!! Everybody is so nice and so friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better park to live in the love for one another and the fur babies too is amazing
This is a little hidden gem in Hudson! My son was purchasing his first home and fell across this park. Peter and Meghan were amazing! Welcomed us from the first day and answered all my 1000 questions- what can I say I’m a mom! The park is clean and quiet. All the residents care about each other and it shows! So hard to find an all age park that is also pet friendly! So happy with his decision to purchase within this park! Highly recommend if you’re looking for your next home! If I didn’t already own a home right down the road this would be the park for me! We are honestly considering it for my mom to move south!
All my boys bought their first home here. They all are very happy they have a place they can afford. Very friendly active community with events going all year long. Family and pet friendly and affordable lot rent too.
I moved here in February and I love it! All of the residents here have been very nice, and respectful. I thought I was going to receive a lot of resistance from them due to my dog, but NONE! I own one of the sweetest Pitbulls you could ever meet, and everyone here loves her. She greets everyone with a smile and some kisses. I have actually been told by a few people here that my dog has actually changed their minds about the breed, and I absolutely loved hearing that. There was one resident who never gave my dog a chance out of her own fear, but that's ok, she decided to leave. On another note.... Everyone here is very sweet and we all help eachother out whenever needed. So, thank you Gulf Breeze for allowing myself and my pup the opportunity to live i. This beautiful piece of Florida.
They take excellent care of their residents, and my grandmother has been a lot happier since moving there! The manager is very nice and the staff hold a lot of engaging and fun events!
It was a 55 plus rv park 4 years ago. It is not one now. New corporation owners as of January 2022. Nothing is done to improve it but rents have doubled. Sheriffs are there constantly, no security and manager only available Mon. to Fri. from 9 to 1. Any problems in the park you're on your own. You have one choice and you have to call 911. Really is getting run down and many younger tenents with kids. Also there are at least 7 or 8 pitbulls and you can not get in touch with the owners to complain about anything.
The. Old manager lyn was so rude and nasty the way she treated people I'm surprised anyone would live here, but now that she is gone the atmosphere here is a whole lot better with the new management yes the lot rent went up quite a bit but they are improving the place. I was going to move and sell but I'm not going anywhere now
Clean, quiet. A little close quarters for my liking but if you're into that tight nit neighbour life then I guess it's ok.
If you are looking to living here full time and not a snowbird, that they will raise monthly lot prices with little to no notice and do not even give a grace period of knowing before hand. Lucky enough you find out a week before rent is due. Everyone in the park is not notified and they don't care. I enjoy the people who live here and the included trash, sewer, and water. It is a nice place do not get me wrong, but there are a lot of flaws and even some have moved out due to short notice on rent and little to no communications
Absolutely the best Rv park around!! The manager peter is amazing, everyone here makes you feel like family. It's got a heated pool .It's very clean and well kept, there's almost always an event going on at the clubhouse. And it's pet friendly. And it's conveniently close to grocery stores. So if your passing through or looking for long term definitely check this place out.
