So sad how horrible this branch is. I buy and donate to Goodwill often. I will never support this store again. I bought a sheet set on the Goodwill website that was labeled "King" and the sheets are a full. They will not honor their error and now I'm stuck with sheets that I can't use and I'm out $50. So wrong.
Goodwill is sure getting greedy! All items are donated for FREE! Now goodwill creates a selling platform to sell their items they got for free. Every offer I send gets rejected and they say our prices are half off the retail price! Hello you are goodwill and received all donated items. I use to love goodwill and would spend a few hundred every time I stop in. However my trips now are cut short and this new selling platform they launched SUCKS! Worn not wasted SUCKS! Each experience gets worse. Beware the prices of items keep going up as if you are in a retail store!
I've been shopping and donating at this goodwill for years and I love it. The shop employees are always polite and the clothing is ABSOLUTELY not overpriced, as you can buy name brand clothing for cheap. They do write prices on some of their merchandise which is a bit annoying but its understandable considering they only do it on things that can't have tags on them. Overall it's a nice goodwill.
I donate and spend a lot of money at Good will.EVERY time I go in this store kids are roaming free.Jumping on nice furniture, breaking donated merchandise.Yesterday a kid was eating ice cream spilling it on toys. I DO NOT feel like what I'm donating is being respected. Its an On going problem.Kids should be supervised at all times.Somebody who speaks Spanish needs to make sure these parents know to watch their children.I will not donate or buy here again until this ongoing problem is noticed and fixed.NO excuses..
The mall has better sales than Goodwill prices. Riviera Beach Goodwill's prices are out of control. Google this.. The reason why Goodwill shoppers aren't happy with goodwill prices.
It's okay I just needed for me to be free because this place feels like a bit like prison
Bought a calculus book through Barnes and Noble marketplace, the book was stated as slightly used. This book was brand new! It's in better condition than the ones at my college. Definitely recommend Gulfstream Goodwill, if you are on the fence about buying used textbooks from goodwill.
I had a pickup scheduled 2 weeks in advanced for today. No calls, I called 3 times, no answer, and they did not pick up the donation on the designated day. Next time i will try other options.
They write on their books on the cover with magic marker and so over-priced! SHAME ON YOU, these are donations and you're pricing over online prices, and defacing items by writing on them. There are collectors that could get these items for a good price but are no longer collectable and devalued simply by your writing directly on them. Why not use stickers like everyone else or flat rate your books? Who decides in a thrift store individual prices for books and where are you getting that a paperback should be $5? And will I round up my remainder amount to help disabled people? NO...because I paid with a credit card for one, why would I round up, and second it goes into the hands of the CEO sitting on millions. SHAME. I tested the theory once, your employee asked if I'd donate 7 cents of my cash, I bit because I didn't want all that change, and he didn't do ANYTHING indicating this separate amount in the bill, no buttons of "donation" or anything. It just goes right to the store. NICE.
i had good experience when i was at the program it's was fun great teacher three it's amazing and fun too
