One of the worst experiences of my life. Not only did they send my wife and I to a completely different resort however they sent us to a city that we've never heard of 2 hours away from our destination. They stated "you signed the invoice it's your problem, not ours." Julie is a disgrace to customer service. More to come. Please reach out to me directly for more information pertaining this company. Double check EVERYTHING you request because they completely messed up our reservations.

Brooke is absolutely wonderful at what she does. My fiancé and I have never been out of the country I’ve never even been on a plane! We came in and told her we wanted to have our honeymoon in Mexico, we wanted to surf, and we wanted great food. She found the perfect spot for us! She answered our questions, showed us pictures, and was just super friendly. She also continued to do research after we left, and sent us an email with additional info on surfing in the area we’ll be staying. I’m not surprised this place has such great reviews. Ask for Brooke!

Basically came home and found more than the travel agent did.Waste of me and my fiances time.
I've used this place for two trips. While anyone can Make their own trips for a fraction of the price, the staff, insurance, and a constant line for help removes the stress and worry. I'd suggest this service to anyone wanting to set and relax.
Julie is awesome. She has worked hard to ensure out trip preparation has gone so smoothly.
No one ever called me back. Not very professional. And I was trying to book a trip fir 3 adults.
