My first visit to Gunbarrel Import Motors . It was clear that Chris had carefully reviewed my service records and he addressed all of my concerns regarding my 2014 f type. Checking in and out was smooth and easy. They provided a loaner for me to drive. There was no waiting. He ordered a part I needed and had it the next day. My car runs beautifully after being serviced. I will be taking my 2016 XJR to them for the next service. Five stars really glad to have found this service provider. Just took my 4.5 yr old X5 here for regular maintenance for the first time had been having it maintained by the dealer until now, but this place is walking distance from my house!. I dealt with the owner Jon for a car I was prospecting. I did not end up making a purchase due to personal reasons but Jon is a stand up guy, very friendly and went above and beyond for a customer. I would recommend any one work with him. I would work with him again once if given the chance.

Five Year maintenance for 2016 Jag XJR-Sport was completed on time and with no issues.  Car was delivered back on time with complete wash including tire blacking.  This shop is adept at caring for Jaguars and highly recommended for quality service on your Jaguar car.Services:&nbsp;Transmission

I have a 1995 BMW 3 Series classic convertible. Nate and Brandon took great car of my oil service and initial overall diagnosis, as I am new to the Niwot area. The diagnosis was most professional, accurate and precise. We will work out a maintenance plan with milestones, and times to fix all the car has within time and budget, as it is a weekend car for me. These guys were great. I have an older car, that is not very common and have had a long long list of various issues with it. The team at Gunbarrel Import Motors did an amazing job with the vehicle. They were meticulous in diagnosing the issues. They then went above and beyond in researching the solves and finding the parts. The vehicle runs the best it every has now. I will be going here from now on.

These guys are amazing, never met a more helpful team of people dedicated to making sure you get quality service and reasonable prices, my car had an immense amount of repairs that had to be done to it and through the 3 weeks it was there they updated me constantly on what they were working on, other problems they’d discovered, and how long until they’d be done. Despite an insane amount of business they’d received at the time I needed my repair, they worked fast and throughly to make sure I got my car back quickly. I love coming here, the service is really friendly and they truly care- it’s a real family owned business through and through. I used to take my Land Rover to the dealer, but I’ve stopped going there because the prices at Gunbarrel Motors are more economical, or the same, with the added bonus of actually being able to call them on the phone and reach a real human being to book an appointment or ask a question.
