Gurung (Tamu) Society of New Hampshire (GSNH) is an autonomous, independent, non-political, non-religious and non-profit organization based in New Hampshire. GSNH represents the Gurung, ethnic community living in the State of New Hampshire
The objectives of the Gurung (Tamu) Society of New Hampshire (GSNH) are:
1.To coordinate, facilitate, and promote the interests of the Gurung (Tamu) Society of New Hampshire (GSNH);
2.To conduct activities to promote various social, cultural, educational, economic, and civic activities of common interest of the members in the Gurung (Tamu) Society of New Hampshire (GSNH);
3.To facilitate towards the overall development of Gurung (Tamu) Society of New Hampshire (GSNH);
4.To raise, receive and manage funds, charities and donations to carry out the worthy humanitarian causes directly or in cooperation with other organizations or individuals for achieving the objectives of Gurung (Tamu) Society of New Hampshire (GSNH);
5.To organize conventions and conferences and publish newsletters with a view to accomplish the objectives of the Gurung (Tamu) Society of New Hampshire (GSNH);
6.To formulate the rules governing the Committee, and to define the function, duties and the decision-making process of the Committee.
