Replacement of guttering and roofing on the large middle building of a historic church located in Terrell, NC performed successfully by Hickory based Gutter Pro USA/Home Remedy USA in March 2020. Company was highly responsive to the needs of the church at a reasonable cost. Quality materials used. All GAF materials for 50-year warranty on roof. New gutters with Leaf Slugger protection and downspouts were installed. Crew of installers were respectful of property and no problem with clean up. CEO Brandon Fries provided onsite supervision. We had new 6 inch seamless gutters and leafslugger gutter guards installed on our home. Gutter Pro USA had the best pricing and fastest service around. I signed a contract and less than a week later the project was finished! 10000% satisfied! Make sure to ask for Meredith or Brandon. Both great humans!
This was an amazing experience from the first call with Meredith and Morgan until the finished product. Brandon came out and did the estimate a couple of days after I made the first call and he is open, honest, and knowledgeable. He presented me with my options and followed up throughout the process. The install team lead by Brian was absolutely amazing. Each and every one involved was professional, hard working, and made sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. I would absolutely work with Gutter Pro again and highly recommend then to anyone looking for a quality product with a dedicated and knowledgeable customer service team.
Gutter Pro USA was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a gutter company! They were very responsive and also came when they said they were going to come. They use top quality materials and install the gutters so they are built to last. Brandon is very professional and personable and goes out of his way to make sure you are completely satisfied. In fact I was so impressed I had them do a roof for me as well through their sister company Home Remedy USA.
This company is truly amazing. Brandon Fries came out and went over the whole roof. He worked with the insurance adjuster and within a few days I had a whole new roof that was better than the first one. This company tells you what they are going to do and then they do it. Their crew worked all day and the roof was finished in one day. They were all professional, kind and they did a great cleanup job afterward. Everything went smoothly. I can''t say enough how greatful I am to have such terrific service. I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat! Thanks gentlemen. this is the best home project company above all i have ever used. they did exactly what they said they would do and did it when they said it would be done. my roof is pretty large but the entire project was completed in one day and everything was cleaned up and nail-free when i got home that evening. they also did my covered guttering and new downspouts and they are beautiful, seamless and will always be leaf and clog-free. i no longer will have to climb up to my roof at least 3 times a year to clean my guttering. KUDOS to this company! very, very professional and honest. hire them, i guarantee you will be pleased.
Mr. Fries was great to work with on our project. There was never any pressure to purchase the guttering. My wife and I looked at several businesses and selected Gutter Pro USA. The work was done in one day. Now, I don't have to climb up on the roof to clean out the gutters ever again. If the do clog, Gutter Pro will clean my gutters for free.
My husband and I are very pleased with our experience with Gutter Pro USA. We have an older home which presents challenges and the crew used their expertise to overcome! We were most appreciative that they were able to complete the job in a timely matter since we have had bad experiences with that in the past. I installed GutterPro gutter guards just before Florence made its way through North Carolina. Fortunately the storm did not give our area its worst punch but I still had to go out during the worst of the rain and see how my new gutter guards were working. Perfectly! They were stable, leaves were flowing on top, and the downspouts were channeling clean water. Wish I had done this years ago!
An absolutely horrible company and manager. Brandon entirely mislead us from the beginning, lying to us repeatedly regarding shingle availability. We finally had to cancel the contract due to their and his utter incompetence. Come to find out the shingles are actually available and in stock via his wholesaler, who I contacted directly. I would advise anyone looking for gutter and roofing services to look elsewhere,
