Worked with Dan Guttmann and Herb Kellner in the purchase and sale of 2 homes. They are both very responsive and helpful in keeping you in the loop on the status of your purchase/sale. Would recommend Guttmann & Kellner to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Have not yet used this firm for other matters, but will be the first one I call when I have a need! Always easy to reach either of these attorneys, which is greatly appreciated.

Dan has worked with my family and I on a home purchase in the Catskill region. We closed right around the holiday season end of December with no issues. He has helped guide us along every step of the way. Dan and his team made sure all of our questions were answered and most importantly posed questions that we didn’t think to ask.
