Gym @ Broadstone Sonata

We recently got robbed, most likely a neighbor because it was the one day both our cars were gone and the office wouldn't let us break the lease. We had been good tenants for 3 years. Our door was kicked in and it still hasn't been fully fixed and it's been a month.

Very unhelpful staff! What a waste This should be a nice complex for this area, but the super unhelpful worthless staff won't even allow delivery packages to be left while you're at work. So packages have to be thrown up to the balcony or left on an unsecured doorstep to be possibly stolen. Their reasoning, right out of her mouth: it's inconvenient for them to do so. This is one reason why they have low ratings. Live elsewhere where they take care of their residents. What a joke!

Bugs bugs bugs from the first day i moved in. Then when i moved out they charged me to repaint the whole apt. because i put thumb tacks in the walls to hang pictures, so I paid to "patch up" thumb tack holes and repaint the whole apt. But it gets better so when we moved out I paid then what they said I owned even though it was bs and they just want to charge people. well they sent me to collections when I pair them ON TIME and when I tried to call the collections to send them the stubs to prove it the collections couldn't even find my in their system. 1 year later it's finally off my credit.

I lived here from Aug 2014 through Aug 2016. The new management implemented some good changes. They lock the fence gates to the pool so everyone going to the pool has to walk through the lobby to get to the pool. I always found the door knob on the walk-in gate near the mailboxes broken, and it was always working after the new management took over. The location isn't very good. Crime is rampant in the area. The reason I left was for a job offer, and I would recommend Sonata Apartments. Must be vigilant living there.

The management in this place will tell you what you want to hear. They don't seem to know the true answers to things. When something is broke they will say the part is on order just to get you out of their office and then it never gets fixed. Cars get broken into a lot and security is not to be found. Moved in 7 months ago without any furniture due to divorce and was sleeping on the floor. Was getting bit by something every night and just got a brand new mattress a couple months ago and found bed bugs living in the mattress now. They say I can be sued for the bug service they have to do to get rid of them and I have to throw everything away. Acted like I was to blame, yet the whole building is moving out this month and throwing away lots of furniture. Didn't get a chance to talk to any neighbors, except one before they were moving out. The other person in the building that said they were getting bit does not have a bed and can't figure out if it's bed bugs or not. Lease is up end of April. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING! BEWARE OF BEDBUGS! TREATMENT DOES NOT ALWAYS GET RID OF THEM. EGGS CAN SURVIVE AND SHOW UP MONTHS LATER!

We have been here for a week and I never want to leave!! I love this place, it feels very luxurious for a great price. I love the spacious kitchen and bathrooms the most. It's a very quiet secure community and I love how they offer comp. bug sprays every month,

I am in the military and these individuals who manage this apartment complex are telling me that I can't break my lease. In their military clause it states plainly that any orders are accepted, I received short term orders and now they are telling me that my orders aren't official and I can't leave without paying around a thousand dollars. This apartment complex does not hold any honor their agreement. This will not be end of this but I do not recommend this complex to any military member or civilian. Alliance will lie to their and tell you what you want to hear. Do NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!

Bad place to live...my family has lived there for 5 years... dangerous buildings...my mom car has been broken into 2 times and so have mine...we move this month...I screamed the guy ran out of my car...they watch you...I was in and out 15 min.. my sister got attacked by girls because she drove her car in the gate before another driver...my neighbor who was a security guard had to stop the girls from putting there fist in the car while my sister was push away from the driver side.. I have police reports!!! Good luck folks...

I would first like to thank the entire Broadstone Sonata staff especially Chris and Stephanie for being so helpful when I was oversea in Iraq they made things very easy for me when I was stressing about loosing my apartment they assured me that they would do everything possible until I return. upon my return they assisted me in getting my apartment . I really appreciate all there effort and assistance and would never leave Broadstone Sonata until I one day purchase my own home Thank you Craig Scott

The new management is horrible, it was a really great complex before, clean, quiet and safe but now its always trash everywere, staff is not friendly, pool is always full of people who dont even live here, neighbors are always smoking pot in the balconies, the secured parking is not so secure. Tenant cars have been burglarized and prices are going up defintly not worth it.
