I’ll start by saying that, I have been to a few different gyms over the years in the east bay. I have never been able to connect with a personal trainer because I always felt like I was just a number or a client lost among many, which in turn never motivated me to stick it out. Finding GFF has been god sent! I started on 3/5/19 with Don’s Nutritional Guidance Program and within 8 month I have lost 52 pounds. He is extremely pro-active with coaching me throughout and holding me accountable on a daily basis. His program is seamless and thorough and he is always available for questions and guidance. I started with his 1 on 1 training and for the first time ever I didn’t want to quit and I didn’t give up! I’m an exercise induced asthmatic so he made sure before we started that I had my inhaler handy and ready to go. He was patient with me while I learned the workouts and was thorough with his explanations of what I needed to do. He didn’t kill me in the process which was a relief! I can’t wait to see what my transformation is going to look like 6 months from now! If you’re unsure with how you want to get started on losing weight or getting fit, give this place a shot! The best part is he is so reasonably priced and affordable, located in a low traffic industrial area, his gym is fully equipped and big and he always plays the best music! You will not be disappointed!
This gym is without question the best gym I've been to! The personal attention to training and developing each individual as seen fit by the Owner - Don and other trainers is unmatched. The energy is positive, upbeat, and Don will push you to your full potential. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and gym. Do yourself a huge favor and workout once there and I guarantee you'll be hooked. Not just a gym but a meal plan is designed personally for you as well. It's a family atmosphere where everyone holds each other accountable and motivates each other to achieve great results! I have never been in better shape in my life since working out at GYMFOODFITNESS.
