My philosophy of fitness is that it should provide the exhilarating experience of living in a well functioning body. Fitness means enjoying balance, strength, flexibility, agility and grace.
I design an exercise program to fit your ability using gentle exercises, stretches and static poses that retrain your body in aligned movement. Improvement will happen naturally, automatically and with daily practice. Over time your pains and limitations will go away; you will have better posture resulting in more energy.
