Gym Masters / Brandon were excellent.  Super nice customer service, prompt, accurate diagnosis, reasonable price for the value delivered- even worked with the Treadmill manufacturer directly to get a warranty part for me.  I didn't have to do anything !  I would not hesitate to call these guys again for service, and I recommend them highly.

Brent is a great guy,  very helpful and knowledgeable indeed. He's very respectable and attentive, easy going and efficient. He explains everything before he begins a task and they don't try to up sale you,  or overcharge you on work or parts needed. The communication was great as well throughout my experience through calls and email updates. I would highly recommend Gym Masters for ALL of your fitness equipment needs and they also service other needs as well in the leisure department A+++

Brandon at Gym Masters was great. We can finally use our treadmill again! It feels great. Thank you Brandon! He was such a pleasure to work with and it was very affordable. We definitely would recommend him.

My treadmill belt was worn and loose.  The original seller no longer serviced treadmills & initially I couldn't find anyone who would.  I came across Gym Masters.  They were able to replace the belt and the treadmill is just like new!  The customer service was excellent & Brandon was very professional and helpful.  I am thrilled to not have to replace a treadmill that I really liked.  Thanks Brandon!

Just want to say Brandon Rizzo was very prompt. and explained what he was doing as he was doing. I have since sold our NordicTrack and have a brand new Bow flex. Thank you for the great service and did recommend you to the new owners

Treadmill stopped working, and they fixed it right away! I'm so glad I called instead of buying a new treadmill. I'm having them back in 6 months to service it, too! Definitely recommend!
