I had an excellent experience here with Loren and Troy. I came in after doing some research but they really helped me figure out which brand of equipment spin bike would be best for what we wanted. They were fair and easy to work with and I would absolutely recommend! We were also happy with the men who delivered our indoor bike. They were Holy to answer as many questions as needed.
Experience in the store and afterwards was great. Floor staff was knowledgeable about the equipment and various options. They were veryvhelpful in my decision to make a purchase and decide what that purchase would be. At the same time, there was not "hard sell," which I applaud. My interactions with delivery staff was also positive -- they were on time, prompt, and thorough. My only complaint is that I didn't get any written materials with the purchase -- eg., on the care, maintenance, or use of the spin bike. I bought a floor model so perhaps that's the consequence of buying something from the floor but that should have been explained to me at the time if purchase, which it was not. Staff did not overlook telling me about the warranty, which was different as a result of the equipment being from the floor, but they said nothing about instructions etc. So, i guess I learned a lesson but would have been nice to know that upfront.
I have purchased several pieces of equipment from Cybexm Hoist and many other attachments. The customer service is unparalleled and I have to name one contact in particular though the service is solid throughout the store LOREN BOOKER!!! He has gone above and beyond in 1 answering questions that may be only tangentially related to the sale 2 doing research for you to find the best product 3 referring other contacts when Gym Source cannot directly meet your needs 4 answering on his days off to ensure you are receiving great service...etc...etc... I will go back to THAT store to buy ANY equipment that I need.
James Bond was very pleasant to work with! Professional, courteous and was always available for any questions we might have. I would definitely recommend them.
Lots of frustration getting a recent Gym Source service call concluded on a treadmill we bought at this location about a year and a half ago. Treadmill diagnosis and repair took three trips total; Gym Source technician did not know how to isolate the fault and only ordered half the parts necessary to completely fix the problem. He also left the treadmill, which is 400lbs, moved from its original position and off the mat that it sits on. When I mentioned this during the call to schedule both the second and third visit, the operator not a local employee - they are in Florida promised to "make notes on my file" and "pass the message along to the technician," but after the third call, the treadmill was not only still off the mat, the tech had moved other equipment and left it away from its original location. My wife and I put the treadmill back as best we could, but it really sucks that the tech felt like he could move it to fix the technical issue but not have to move it back so it is where we can use it without affecting our carpet or the other stuff in our exercise area. He also left the trash from the repair sitting on the TV stand. So much for Gym Source's commitment to customer satisfaction and service. To be fair, it was warranty service, so there was no charge, and the treadmill now works, but we really don't feel happy about the way it was handled. This experience gets a generous 2 stars.

Everyone from the sales person to installers were exceptional, professional and knowledgeable making the experience a pleasure. Worth paying more for better equipment and service.
Good assist with decisions on products, delivery and set up on time with good notification, helpful information on use. All went fine! Team very responsive.
Great help from James and his staff on two different occasions. Personable and made a couple of good recommendations to accomplish my home work out.
excellent service and in the end we had a discount that the equipment, a treadmill, was cheaper than the one sold direct from the manufacturer
