Came in today to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size that my daughter received for her birthday. I had noticed that the website said no returns but I called just to see if I could exchange for a bigger size and was told I could as long as it was the same pair. I went in today and shocking, they wouldn’t take them. No wonder they are going out of business. Would give zero stars if I could.
I went here today to buy a dress for my daughter and was disappointed that they have no fitting room but we made it work and chose one. The only cashier was busy helping a friend of hers which took over 10 minutes she didn’t make a purchase then the first customer in line also took over 5 minutes lots of chatting back and forth etc So I was the second person in line and I waited about 15 minutes to buy one dress. There was also some kind of work going on in their doorway which I’m sure was a necessary inconvenience but an inconvenience nonetheless as I tried to leave now in a rush and had to wait at the door unable to exit due to some maintence. Maybe it was an off day here but I won’t ever be back to try again which is a shame.
Good but closing down soon. With a look for cheaper deals on clothes. Cute clothes
