The thing that makes a good HEB good is the produce section. This HEB has a nice big produce section. The white nectarines/peaches are always divine. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pumpkin selection during the season is great. They have a butcher as well. Fresh meat and seafood. A decent international section.
Parking is a challenge at this location because heb is really popular and busy. The store is well stocked, clean and clean and seems well managed. It's a large store with a fairly broad selection of anything one would expect from a grocery store
Good place to shop and usually pretty well stocked. Friendly staff at the registers. The store is a bit dated and wear and tear shows. Additionally, it gets pretty crowded these days but that's everything in the area. Sometimes we drive up the road to Kingwood HEB when we know it's crowded.
I always love HEB but there are times that the amount of people can be overwhelming. Despite how busy the store is, the lines are super quick.
HEB is always great no matter which one you go to but this one shines a little more. Everyone is friendly and helpful, produce is arranged in a way that makes sense and is always fresh. You can find any cut of meat you want and if need be as the butcher and you'll get it. Store is clean and neat. Check out moves along at a decent pace and the time spent waiting goes by quickly. I enjoy shopping at this location best.
Huge an very busy to my opinion Still it seems like people are getting in-and-out pretty quickly I must say They have a little section for smokers so they can sit and enjoy a cigarette while people shop, they are located next to a lowe's which is very convenient if you have things that you need from the hardware store to bring home and such
This HEB is a bit older than some others close by but still delivers great service and an exceptional product selection. Their double wide registers will definitely get you in and out in a hurry.
I don't shop here very often because of the traffic. However, when I want to order a cake this is where I come. I'm not very familiar with this store but the staff is very helpful and checking out was a breeze.
HEB please DO BETTER training on customer service skills. Got the worse service this morning at the flower department. Older gentleman with a bad attitude waited on me as I was picking out flowers for a funeral. If you can not say basic words like good morning, how can I help you or thank you, this isn't the job for you. Telling someone "is that all" is not the way you communicate with customers. It felt like you were bother to assist. We all have bad days but whenever you are working in a customer service setting you should never treat certain people indifferent. Your body language, facial expressions and non eye contact were very noticeable.
A HUGE shout out to Ms. Rosalee! She was working at the tamales stand this week and caught my attention. I have tried HEB tamales before and was not impressed. Ms. Rosalee kept up her sales pitch. She told me the ones on sale this week were from Mi Tienda and they were very good. Yes, I brought some tamales. After, I watched Ms. Rosales hussle and grab many other customer attention offering them tamales, explaining the ingredients and how to warm them up.
