The staff is amazing! Always so kind! I have been sick and money has been tight, I had 4 prescriptions to pick up yesterday and one was about to be restocked due to it taking me so long to get up there to get it. When she rang them all up I was a little short so I asked her to take one off for me but because it was going to be restocked I asked if there was any way she could hold it for me till this morning and I would be there to pick it up, I was embarrassed with a line of people behind me. She was so kind, and could tell I was embarrassed so kept her voice low. Said she would set it aside to make sure it wasn’t restocked but asked me to please be there before noon. I came in the morning and she was so pleased to see that I did come back for it! She was soooo sweet and understanding! Love this pharmacy and the staff there! Won’t go anywhere else! Hate that I can’t remember her name but highly recommend them!

HEB Pharmacy has excellent customer service and the pharmacist staff is great. I go there on behalf of my client who also lives in Cleburne, TX. Great place

Love this place. If I lived closer, I'd get all my prescriptions there. But then, I'd be super broke. Because I'd be in there buying everything. Lol

Seems to be one of the busier pharmacies in town, but they appear to have plenty of staff and have not had to wait long in line.  Staff was extremely helpful in getting a pet medication filled when the vet dropped the ball on transferring the RX.

I love the current staff. When my meds aren't right or they didn't receive the orders,  they're on it pretty quick and can even offer a partial supply of medication if it was previously on file. They've made my life as a disabled person a lot easier. The cash prices are low as well, especially through the good rx app.

I've had multiple occasions where they have called to tell me my medication was ready, and it either wasn't or they didn't even have that medicine in stock! Somebody had forgotten to put in an order when I had come by the night before, so I wasn't able to get the medicine my son needed. I had to call around town trying to find a different pharmacy who had it.  Other than that, they have good prices and are fairly nice to work with.

I like the H-E-B in Cleburne. The pharmacists are professional and knowledgeable. The staff is always friendly. This pharmacy knows their business. I trust them completely with my medications. I drive from Crowley because they are that good.

Very clean, the staff is very helpful and polite. Without fail, employees asks how your doing and if they can help you find certain items. Quality customer service every time!
