There are 6 Specialty Chefs on staff: 2 Dim Sum, 2 Vietnamese and 2 Traditional Chinese. That means when you order Dim Sum and your guest orders a traditional Chinese or Vietnamese dish, our Specialty Chefs will prepare your selections individually. Our lobsters, crabs and fresh fish are just that, fresh. You can see them in our salt water aquariums. When you order one of these delectable treats, you will know for certain they are fresh, never frozen or pre-cooked. The doors to our kitchen are always open. You can see that these food preparation areas are spotless and immaculately clean. It is something of which we are very proud. This is all done out of respect for you, our guest.
